First of all the Book of Enoch is a book of the Apocrypha, which is not part of the Bible.

Do not take anything you read from that book as sound biblical truth.

Having said the above,

There are 2 different lines of though that is covered with that mystery described there.

The thought I ascribe to is that the sons of God are those from the line of Seth, the 3rd son of Adam and Eve, the godly line.

The daughters of men are those from the line of Cain, who was outcast and marked for His murder against Abel, Adam and Eve's second son.

The other thought and the one I disagree with is that there is a notion that people believe angels somehow intermingled with human beings to create "giants".

Usually they point to the book of Enoch for this, which again is not part of the Bible.

There is not to believe that the intermingling of the godly line of men with the rejected line could not also produce "giants".
