They're definitely not out to promote Cannabis.. or any other mind expanding substance. Check DMT.. its in you right now, we've all experienced it, yet its class A!
They are i suspect involved with getting gangs to spray street cannabis with grit, sand, glass and god knows what else. If they can't stop it, they'll sabotage ti.
