No, really. According to the BBC, the Israeli closure of Gaza has made it difficult to smuggle cars into the Strip, which means that more motorcycles are coming in, and since Gazans apparently are new to motorcycle-riding and the streets are potholed, there is a rise in motorcycle accidents.

Since Israel is to blame for this, then Israel needs to take responsibility for removing the motorcycles from Gaza to keep the people safe. The US will need to increase aid to Israel to support this effort.
