If prostitution is illegal, then why is porn legal?

I responded to a tard that said if robbery was in movies why shouldn't porn be in movies point out that it was fiction. Porn is not fiction although it appears fiction by what you describe. Porn is not about love or terrific sex which you only have with love. Porn is perverse and its goal is to perverse.

Laws against prostitution are completely senseless and hypocritical.

I have often talked about this subject with friends. One could simply pay an actress(prostitute) to have sex with them or others and film it and call it a porn video. Just throw away the film after and don't publish it..so so all one has to do is film the act of prostitution to make it legal?

We would need a Dutch person to explain how they handle prostitution in their country. As far as I know, prostitutes there have like small business (no need for pimps), regular medical exams, pay taxes, etc. I think they pretty much eliminated coerced prostitution by legalizing it.

Yes but actors don't actually commit a murder when shooting a movie, if they did they would be arrested for murder because murder is a crime. Porn stars on the other hand actually DO have sex for money. Porn is worse than prostitution as not only are they paid for sex they are also paid to let 1,000s of other people participate in the act second hand. Never did understand why prostitution was illegal in the first place.
