I totally agree with you, but with all of the stories we have been reading over the years, the constitution has been ignored. When it happens in reality, the Feds alway seem to win. I don't think that's right, but it's what's been happening!

The 10th Amendment recognizes the dual-sovereignty that defines our country. By intentional design of our fore-fathers that wrote the Constitution, each State is exactly that - a sovereign entity that has certain governing powers over its constituents that the federal Govt., by Constitutional mandate, cannot interfere with.

Many states other than Va, have bills and will be voting on them in the near future.When Obamacare is signed and delivered I predict many states will sue and the portion of the bill mandating that a citizen purchase a product or be fined and go to jail will ultimately be decided by the Supreme Court that Obama just pissed off.

What irony.
