Lucus seems like a nice enough fellow, but his departure and then Nancy "suddenly" pinning this thread, IDK, the timing, that's all, struck a nerve with me, and I was happily following along up until then.

Does anyone know who this Lucus guy is, or, where he came from?

Plus, the entire thing, the new website, where we can discuss "survival tactics"... it just seems so.... well... 2002ish... I don't know how else to explain it.

(And yes, I did watch all of the vid's... good stuff!)

I guess it's kind of like, "Fool me once - shame on you, Fool me twice - shame on me". Not that I was sucked into the whole 2003 Zeta-hype, but I was around watching it all fall apart.. I mean... unfold. I guess I'm just feeling the need to try and connect the Lucus/Nancy dots right now, that's all I'm sayin'.

I think it is par-for-course, here or on any site like this. Once a subject gets so much attantion and 'viewership' it is moved to an off-site location. Zeta's, Reinhardt are a couple examples. Perhaps it is for benign reasons but in most cases (as above) it is for the traffic they bring as a subject and are used for monotary reasons...

...where it goes from there, who knows.

But we all seem to be trying to find our way to/through the 'end' and these SUB-groups can have their purpose in that direction.
