It's just never been this big of an adjustment before. And you know in which direction.

Sure, they will try but it also says that most of the jobs were lost after the fall of Lehman Brothers after Sept 2008 so three months on Obama's time when they really went south.

But he's been in office a year now and is just now starting to talk a little bit about jobs. Should have been first thing on the agenda instead of all kinds of nonsensical programs no one wants and that we can't afford. Washington has been too busy promoting its ideology and own agenda to care about jobs.

If they admitted to an 800K revision, you can bet the farm that the real figure is 8 million.

Which would be exactly in line with my 30% unemployment estimate...

The government is notorious (and Bloomberg pointed out last year) for under-reporting by a factor of TEN.

What Is Not factored in to the statistics is the fact that
it Doesn't include the unemployed that have exhausted
all of their benefits and extentions.These stats are just of the ones
who are currently on UI.

Please realize that "money" is just paper plastic or metal alright.
And deeming it as a measure of value upon yourself,you your self you become its slave.
For money will then become the master measure of your life.

Then as consequence $$ becomes > than life itself and that is why we are it's slave.

The is more then likely a Bush policy reversed.

When unemployment was droping out of control he didnt want to disclose it so, they actually change the formula that generated the rate, in order to show more favorable results.

Maybe they are going to change it back to the calculators that we used prior to Bush.

Wonder if Canada will get caught fudging their unemployment figures as well, what they post is never true either.

LOL when doesn't the GOV lie. This is serious, not good.

US is (amongst other things) a plutocracy, in other words the rich hold all the power. I'm not taking about the twin towers broker, I'm talking megabucks. Thats why they were sacrificed so easily.

Just as Thatcher wanted we have returned to Victorian values, where if you are rich you are a God and if you're poor you die in the street.
