The original proposal written by Dr (Bernard?) (deceased) was NOT a hoax. It was a well intentioned effort at creating a stable monetary system.

What was hoaxed was the "Dove of Oneness" stuff and further emanations from the fourwinds ten group. I class that group with Christopher Story and Sorcha Faal - in fact suspect some of the same people are using the same kinds of psychology to continue the hoax in all its variations.

I did read the original NESARA proposal, but rejected it as a well meaning but faulty effort.
