I guess magnesium citrate is supposed to be okay. You could take a bath in Epsom salts, then you absorb the magnesium through the skin, that might give you fast relief! It sure wouldn't hurt anything and it's cheap. |

But I've been having heart palpitations and that also led me to a potassium deficiency. I bought bananas and magnesium like a week ago and maybe took 1 or 2 of the pills and havent touched the bananas :( I will eat them tomorrow. Haven't had any heart palpitations the last couple days. Only had them for like a week or 2 and late and night and it scare the crap outta me. What the hell was my point to this? right, im sure this has to do with potassium deficiency, unless this potassium card is played alot. I don't like bananas I don't hate them, I just tend to avoid them, and there messy slop. |
