whats the difference between clear and set honey? | |

Quoting: Prepubescent Godnot necessarily. i buy clear natural unpasturized honey.. it's only been filtered to get rid of wax and bee parts. they use a spinning machine. there is highly processed set honey available - up here the brand is Billy Bee, and they use honey from all kinds of sources, mix it together and homogenize it - yum. |
