Pretty sure that's cheaper than sending something in the mail to everyone.... especially given that the demographics of the people that actually watch the superbowl may or may not be the people that would usually just throw something like that in the trash because they are too busy with their beer.

It's a cheap way to give the illegal aliens a heads up so they can go into hiding when the census dude comes a knocking.
