Ancient city unearthed in Texas with giant human skull
It was unearthed in 1850. They named the town and the entie county after it.

Scientist today claim it's all a natural phenomenon. They don't have the final word, you decide.

Rockwall Texas structure
This meandering defensive wall system was discovered in 1852 by settlers digging for water. It is so extensive it encompasses about 35 square miles. It is buried below about 40 feet of Marine sediments and gives evidence to a pre-flood city.

Big Giants in Texas
Back in 1886, a giant human skull was reported found by a farmer of the area, in the ROCKWALL SUCCESS, a local newspaper. After a series of three articles spanning a week or so, the newspaper was bought out and no subsequent giant stories were reported. Silenced by nefarious interests.

Interesting! I'm wondering if this has anything to do with the fact that they dug a big hole, let it fill with water (even with construction equip left there) and called it a "lake."

Is the water hiding evidence?

So it wasn't 40 deep then as in the article the guy found a skull while plowing. They also claim to have found rooms that were sub surface and they "hastily" cleared the opening. So if it's real then someone would have explored it correct?

The giants are offspring of Lumerians who populated the pacific until their 2012 type cataclysm around 12,000 years ago. The cities underwater near Japan have giant steps in them.

It was a big continent with' Na'vi" sized people in it. Some of these big folk were seen by explores early on here as well.

A friend who digs for arrowheads here in central TX told me he dug up giant bones in a mound, and reburied them, when I showed him S. Quayle's giants website. I've kinda wanted to get him to take me there and re-dig it up, but I'm not sure if I REALLY want to desecrate graves, alien or not

Re: Ancient city unearthed in Texas with giant human skull
I first heard about this last year - either on History Channel or web. There are people trying to explore but they are being "discouraged." Wish I could remember where I saw it. Here's all that I found so far.

A History of Rockwall County Texas

History by Henry Squires from 1970's article

In the days before Rockwall's founding in 1854, the records show that a number of pioneer families had settled the blackland territory drained by both the east fork of the Trinity and the bluff fork of the Sabine. Some came by oxen-drawn wagons while others came by emigrant trains from the east. In all, 240 settlers came to build a life in the area that has become Rockwall.

During these early days Jefferson, Texas was the local market place. Here, settlers purchased salt, coffee, ammunition, tools and the like. Lumber was also a big item as it was transported by ox wagon from Jefferson to Dallas.

The community took its name from an extensive wall-like underground formation discovered by Terry Wade in 1852. The stone wall was found while Wade was digging a well just outside the present square of Rockwall. Since then, many additional outcroppings of the wall have been discovered in the area, looking strangely manmade, but probably being of geologic origin.

During the early years, Rockwall consisted of little more than a post office, blacksmith, grinding mill, church and general store. By 1873, the County of Rockwall was established in order to settle a dispute between residents of Terrell and Kaufman Counties wanting a new county seat location. Rockwall grew to a population of 600 as both the seat of the new county and center of business. In 1886, when the MK&T railroad was built through the city, growth continued and the farming business prospered with the availability of newly opened market places for local produce.

Wells College, a junior educational system, was organized in 1893 by Prof. J. K. Wells. The school operated until 1912 by which time Rockwall had grown to 1100 people, with the latest in utilities, a telephone system, new schools, churches, businesses and automobiles.

By the year 1917, the East Fork Levee District was developed creating rich new farmland and by WW I Rockwall found itself in the midst of unprecedented prosperity. Land and cotton prices rose to record highs and local businesses grew rich.

The prosperity came to an abrupt end by 1922 at which time most of Rockwall's many farmers and merchants were wiped out. What followed was a period of slow regrowth. During these years, businesses again came to life and many new local and county roads were constructed. Concerns of the day included inflation and soaring taxes. The Rockwall population was by now around 1400.

By the Depression of the 1930's, Rockwall's development had slowed and her population had declined. Again, many merchants and farmers were wiped out and community apathy over local economic problems followed into the 1940's.

Since those days, through new community leadership and a sense of responsibility to 120 years of history, Rockwall has again undergone a process of regrowth and development. The population today exceeds 4200 and the present industries include those in aluminum, electronics, garments, agricultural supplies and recreation.

Factoid: ALL TX lakes are manmade, except for Lake Texoma, on the OK-TX border, and that's a big one - like an ocean when you're sailing in the middle - can't even see land.

Have sailed Lake Ray Hubbard (Rockwall) - it's a freaking mud pit with a big bridge that a car dives off of occasionally.

....

Wikipedia says "During the digging, they found large underground rock walls that were initially believed to be manmade. Later study of the wall-like features by geologists and archaeologists found them to be jointed, natural sandstone dikes that had intruded Cretaceous marl( Marl or marlstone is a calcium carbonate or lime-rich mud or mudstone)

Well they found a mammoth in Lake Jackson, Texas (South East Texas on the Gulf Coast) in 2003.

[link to www.dtmag.com]

"Mammoth Lake gets its name from a discovery in 2003. A backhoe operator unearthed a mammoth tusk, then found a pair of tusks. A skull and other bones were found, and scientists determined the skull was about 38,000 years old and came from a Colombian mammoth, a relative of the woolly mammoth."

Giant Skeletons

In his book, The Natural and Aboriginal History of Tennessee, author John Haywood describes "very large" bones in stone graves found in Williamson County, Tennessee, in 1821. In White County, Tennessee, an "ancient fortification" contained skeletons of gigantic stature averaging at least 7 feet in length.

Giant skeletons were found in the mid-1800s near Rutland and Rodman, New York. J.N. DeHart, M.D. found vertebrae "larger than those of the present type" in Wisconsin mounds in 1876. W.H.R. Lykins uncovered skull bones "of great size and thickness" in mounds of Kansas City area in 1877.

George W. Hill, M.D., dug out a skeleton "of unusual size" in a mound of Ashland County, Ohio. In 1879, a nine-foot, eight-inch skeleton was excavated from a mound near Brewersville, Indiana (Indianapolis News, Nov 10, 1975).

A six foot, six inch skeleton was found in a Utah mound. This was at least a foot taller than the average Indian height in the area, and these natives – what few there were of them – were not mound builders.

"A skeleton which is reported to have been of enormous dimensions" was found in a clay coffin, with a sandstone slab containing hieroglyphics, during mound explorations by a Dr Everhart near Zanesville, Ohio. (American Antiquarian, v3, 1880, pg61).

Ten skeletons "of both sexes and of gigantic size" were taken from a mound at Warren, Minnesota, 1883. (St. Paul Pioneer Press, May 23, 1883) A skeleton 7 feet 6 inches long was found in a massive stone structure that was likened to a temple chamber within a mound in Kanawha County, West Virginia, in 1884. (American Antiquarian, v6, 1884 133f. Cyrus Thomas, Report on Mound Explorations of the Bureau of Ethnology, 12th Annual Report, Smithsonian Bureau of Ethnology, 1890-91).

A large mound near Gasterville, Pennsylvania, contained a vault in which was found a skeleton measuring 7 feet 2 inches. Inscriptions were carved on the vault. (American Antiquarian, v7, 1885, 52f).

In 1885, miners discovered the mummified remains of woman measuring 6 feet 8 inches tall holding an infant. The mummies were found in a cave behind a wall of rock in the Yosemite Valley.

In Minnesota, 1888, were discovered remains of seven skeletons 7 to 8 feet tall. (St. Paul Pioneer Press, June 29, 1888).

A mound near Toledo, Ohio, held 20 skeletons, seated and facing east with jaws and teeth "twice as large as those of present day people," and besides each was a large bowl with "curiously wrought hieroglyphic figures." (Chicago Record, Oct. 24, 1895; cited by Ron G. Dobbins, NEARA Journal, v13, fall 1978).

The skeleton of a huge man was uncovered at the Beckley farm, Lake Koronis, Minnesota; while at Moose Island and Pine City, bones of other giants came to light. (St. Paul Globe, Aug. 12, 1896).

In 1911, several red-haired mummies ranging from 6 and a half feet to 8 feet tall were discovered in a cave in Lovelock, Nevada.

In February and June of 1931, large skeletons were found in the Humboldt lake bed near Lovelock, Nevada. The first of these two skeletons found measured 8 1/2 feet tall and appeared to have been wrapped in a gum-covered fabric similar to the Egyptian manner. The second skeleton was almost 10 feet long. (Review – Miner, June 19, 1931).

A 7 foot 7 inch skeleton was reported to have been found on the Friedman ranch, near Lovelock, Nevada, in 1939.(Review – Miner, Sept. 29, 1939) In 1965, a skeleton measuring 8 feet 9 inches was found buried under a rock ledge along the Holly Creek in east-central Kentucky.

I live near Rockwall and have lived here for a long time.

The giant skull is nonsense.

But there is a wall-like structure that the early settlers
thought was man-made. Geologists say it is a natural formation.

Fake.

If you compare the large skull with the small one.

They are a mirrored image of each other with the exception of the large one having its lower jaw removed with paintbrush.

My personal belief is the wall is man-made... perhaps
the remains of an ancient seawall.
