Description of HAARP Hole Punch Clouds:
"A flood of negative ions deposited into this hole acts on the clouds by releasing static bonds that are holding the clouds together. The hydrogen and oxygen bonds holding the the water molecules together are broken and with the resulting release moisture falls/crystallizes/sublimates out of the cloud above. " |

This is a "hole punch cloud", a cold air mass collapsing through warm air.
"They are not uncommon where jet flight paths intersect altocumulus or cirrocumulus layers. What is uncommon is when they form in a perfect circle that persists for a length of time to be widely observed. "

They are trying to destabilize the country.
Bring in total military control like N. Mexico
How far is Mount PoPo. from Oaxaca? 1 hour.

Bingo! I was going to post this but glad someone beat me to it. Not HAARP just a natural phenomena that has occured for millions or billions of years. Several incidents have been reported or photographed long before HAARP was ever put in place. Nothing to see here, it happens all the time.

That is a vortex. It also is called a hole punch cloud. It is done by us, people.
I see them here frequently and in mulltiples, votices. As many as six sometimes. |

hello rolling eyes. Like, we haven't had cameras for over 100 years? And the internet for twenty? Now I'M rolling my eyes, lol.
It's just a fact, hole punch clouds are appearing more regularly. Light pillars appearing lower and lower latitudes. Unexplained things more regularly reported on, stating "this is weird and unexplained." I'm not making that up, it's in the articles.

I am in MXC right now and happened to be outdoors between apprx. 5:00 and 7:30PM yesterday. I was walking through a parking lot at about 6PM, noticed the very strange clouds - except they were smoother in appearance than those in your pictures - and even stated aloud, "Damn, I wish I had my camera!" Those formations were massive.

There are pics on You Tube of strange clouds over Moscow before a bad earthquake, and over China before they had the last big earthquake.

Great work. I heard that HAARP can pump energy into unstable areas, target them. May cause earthquake or at least increase its intensity. I wonder if they have tech yet that can accurately predict an earthquake? |

and if there were no earthquake this would be just another cool looking cloud.
I say "quit"giving imaginary power to these clowns who believe that they have a machine that can cause changes in the weather and move the plates of the earth.
Im sure they are proud of their awsome weapon and would like all of us to fear them and their great acopmlishments.
