This worked temporarily for me..I was frustrated by the reoccurring infections and the pressure was miserable.
Then I read about flushing the sinuses with a betadine/water solution..If the hydro/salt does not work then put a few drops of betadine in water and rinse with bulb syringe.It will kill the infection long term.
