Just Cured My Sinus Infection With Hydrogen Peroxide, Kosher Salt, and Baking Soda!

Yogi's have been doing this for centuries, they also swallow strips of material then pull then back up , I guess it cleans the stomach, I have used the neti pot but have not cleaned the stomach. Its hard getting used to pouring water up the nose

if you have any sinus problems.
the simplest solution works.

salt naturally kills of bacteria.

just a tsp of salt mixed in small glass of water.
cup yur hand and snort it, this will flush out
all the dust, impurities in your nasal passages.
then spit it out as it comes down into your mouth. you will taste the salt water.
feels weird first few times ya try it but believe me it works. found that on the net awhile back.

if you have a drippy nose. it will stop the drip for at least 15 minutes.

I did this, and later did the search on the internet. To my surprise. I was not the only one to find that peroxide can get rid of a sinus infection! I just dipped a straw into a bottle of peroxide, and snorted it into the nostril that was affected. After finding out I wasn't going to die. I did the other one for good measure. Within 24 hours, an infection that had bugged me for two weeks, was gone! Maybe I should consider snorting the peroxide off and on for regular cleaning? Ha! Ha!

If nothing else, the burning will make your body refuse to be sick any longer. Just scare yourself well. But I do think it is working.

Agree with some previous posters, yes it works, but don't use this too often because of hydrogen peroxide.

If you use a neti pot regularly, you will not have allergies or sinus infection.

There is no bad feeling as the water runs through the sinuses, IF you have the temperature, PH, and salinity of the neti pot water correct.

You can't even feel that water has run through your sinuses, but then you feel all clean and cleared out!

You know, the best and easiest cure for sinus infection, is raw garlic, as it thins the mucus, opens the sinuses, and kills bacteria all through the body.

It has to be RAW, FRESH garlic to work. Maybe one or two cloves a day. Also it is a blood thinner, and prevents heart disease.

and all you really have to do is add salt to the water.

i have a recuring ear/sinus pressure that gets really annoying at times. i thought hydrogene peroxide would be painful in my nose through a neti pot, but i didn't count on it actually getting into my ear areas as well when i tilted my head back. the peroxide was bubbling and creating so much pressure that it came out through the external ear, but after that disappated there was no acute discomfort.

that was last night. today the ear/sinuses feel stretched, lol, slightly uncomfortable, but not the same pressure and irritation that drove me to pour hydrogen peroxide into my nostrils.

the pain was pretty bad, and really unfamiliar, but if you can handle it, you might get some relief. i was really afraid i was going to start bleeding or bust my ear drum though. only for a sec. lol

I did a good portion of peroxide with saline water-maybe 50/50 3%, although i read many cautions, it cleared my sinus of any problems for about 3 yrs.

It has now returned and tried again as a mist/squirt upright. Did not do the trick. Layed down and the foamy popping i recalled first time around and my whole head is finally cured.
Crippling headache of whole face and lower jaw, seems gone!

I noticed mention of yogis, i know why. Mucus in your system, intestines as well throws your system off and disease is more prevalent.
To have total clear sinus is like a airy buzz, Rasta's also have weed smoking technique which achieves the same.

Did I get this right? You poured hydrogen peroxide in your nostrls and it came out your ear?

same ingredients will cause an explosion. I would not try this. Could take your nose off.

I feel a little funk in my ears, along with a "different" type of headache.
I do not recall if this was the case last time? Being more aware of dangers w/ear eustation(sp) tubes it may be over blown but, defiantly going way down on peroxide content.

I have read 15ml to 50ml water~I would say DO NOT use 100% or even 50/50....go lower and add a pinch of soda. Not sure but perhaps has to do with high ph? i see the baking soda in every mixture on the net.

I do believe my sinus prob is gone, big yellow gloopy blasted out.

I know with water in ears swimming i would try pressure by holding nose/exhale DO NOT do this! maybe try the opposite, which i did to pull liquid out of ears.

Peroxide is very caustic, don't be careless!
