Pains, Frustrations & Confusions of the Spiritual Ascension Work

“I have such a desperate need to heal others but I can’t accept the fact that instead of embraced for my ideas I’m repelled and persecuted. In what way can I stay balanced without such negativity and still find a voice to reach others without absorbing their density?

I often pray to god that he will put me in the correct dimension I belong in. I feel like all my relationships are tumbling down. I’m being called ungrounded because I share my experiences and positivity and insight into the vast power of spirit and human consciousness.

I feel like words are becoming so mundane. I feel connected but also so alone. Like I have nobody to go through this with, I feel so mentally alone. My whole life I felt like this. Crucified for being so different. Insulted and called crazy or weird. I just don’t fit.

Emotionally I feel like nobody around me understands me. Its been 26 years of loneliness. The further I go, the more I see how skewed the relationships I am in are even when they actually wouldn’t be if I weren’t on this path. Nobody gets it, and all I want to do is live alone in peace because nothing but nature provides it.

How if it were meant to be they wouldn’t force me to a standstill and reject me.

As things become more intense in the world I feel it so hard to look away. I want to heal and help. I want to care for people and show them another way, like you do. But face to face. I want to counter team dark, I want to banish them myself for all they’ve done to my people. I want to balance this mess. I know inside it won’t be through a sharp tongue alone that this is accomplished.

Sometimes I wish I could be able to ease the pain of something. But the beating I take for it – it is worth it? Should I just abandon all my dreams of changing the world and instilling harmony? The more I look inward, the more I understand. The more I don’t help others causes guilt and a feeling of selfishness. To turn away and into myself would be counter productive to the very thing my spirit wants. When will this be over, Denise? When will I go back wherever I came from that was lighter and full of inspiration, desire and passion of spirit? What should I do to ease my suffering and loneliness in the meantime? I’m often too afraid even to speak or to write you this. I hope you understand what I mean by this letter.

I received this email last week and because I’ve received others like it from many people over the years, I asked Theo if I could quote his/her letter at TRANSITIONS so we could have this discussion publicly where hopefully more people will benefit from it. Thank you Theo for allowing me to share your letter. ♥

If you’re on the Spiritual Path then you too have felt these pains, frustrations, and confusions occasionally. If you volunteered to incarnate on Earth now to transmute, embody, and anchor the Ascension Process as a being from elsewhere, then you’ve most likely felt this way even more. With time the pain of feeling Homesick lessens and we settle into our physical Earth lives and pre-incarnational Soul Contracts and just do what we’re here now to do. But there’s always the longing to be in a like-Home space, dimension, or world with like-frequency Family and friends once again.

When I was a child the summer and fall sunsets would just about destroy me because that was the time of day and energy that caused my Starseed Homesickness to amplify to the near breaking point. I’d watch the Sun set in the western sky and mourn and weep for my real Home and other-dimensional kinsfolk. It was not an easy time for me, and was also energetically connected to another timeline and “past” life in 12,600 B.C. Egypt. I suspect that’s why the setting Sun activated my Starseed heart so easily as a child in this life and timeline.

Typically the Ascension Process mutilates most of our relationships primarily because one person is evolving (due to multiple time coded, activated Soul Contracts and different phases within it) and the other person is not. Or, one person is living the Ascension Process but is much further behind on those Ascension Stair Steps (the different levels and phases within it) which often makes the consciousness and energy gap between the two people way too much for both parties to cope with. If one person can reduce that energy/consciousness/reality gap and move into a closer frequency range with the other person—mate/lover/child/parent/friend/co-worker etc.—then the relationship continues. If not, problems and frustrations are experienced by both parties. Oftentimes one person absolutely MUST continue moving forward at the pace they’re capable of then no matter what (Soul Contract) and this is why many relationships don’t survive the Ascension Process. No one has “failed” the relationship or the other person(s), it’s just that the relationship has gone as far as it can for both parties within the intensity and constant growth and changes of the Ascension Process.

“You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink”
People not consciously aware of the Ascension Process (and other related spiritual issues) simply perceive those of us at the front lines as crazy, sick, disturbed, rebellious, imbalanced, delusional or just big pains in the ass! This shouldn’t surprise anyone reading this really because we know how much most people do NOT want to change themselves and will typically lash-out at anyone they perceive to be a threat to their locked-in and locked-down life, consciousness and reality. We Bringers of Light are typically not what the masses want to have to deal with, and even when the don’t consciously know what we are and what we naturally do, they sense we’re “different” and that we’re rocking the familiar reality boat and typically, they don’t appreciate us and what we’re doing at all. And of course for us (Starseeds/Lightworkers/Lightwarriors/Indigos etc.) this just makes an already difficult job all the harder.

A lot of people do NOT want to be “helped” or “healed” or “expanded” in any way because they’re perfectly content with the way things have been…or so they think. As repulsive as that is to most of us Bringers of Light, I totally understand it and all we can do is Bring the Light, radiate it constantly, then hope that as many people as possible are inspired and assisted by the Light we’ve brought to this world. It’s not our jobs to “save” anyone or “heal” anyone; it’s our job to provide an exit route out of the Darkness and insanity, however, we cannot carry anyone across that Alchemical threshold but ourselves. Said another way—the ONLY way that you can, I can, each of us can “help” another person or humanity in general now is to integrate polarities within ourselves individually which automatically reduces the overall workload of polarity resolution for every other person on the planet. THAT is how one person truly helps another; integrate and resolve the polarized energies within yourself which automatically makes it easier and faster for others to do the same within themselves. Clear that Pathway to the Light for others through yourself. No ego recognition, fame, fortune or religious trophies or gold star points for doing it this way…and that’s actually a blessing.

So many words everywhere!
For many of us at this late date within the Ascension Process, words are becoming mundane as Theo said. Since the start of 2011 I’ve struggled to continue writing at TRANSITIONS because I can feel that things have shifted and continue changing for me even more dramatically in 2012, and I’m finding it harder to write as often as I did prior to 2011. The words and topic I now write about must to come from a High Heart place and be truly helpful in the moment or I can’t muster the desire and focus to write now. (There are other reasons for this too which I’ll cover in another article soon.) This is how much we’ve evolved into High Heart being and consciousness so far, and that’s a wonderful sign, but this is why in 2011 and 2012 I haven’t been writing nearly as much as I have at TRANSITIONS since 2007. I’ll continue writing but know that things are changing super-fast now in 2012 and I’m having to make adjustments to cope with these dramatic increases in energies and this means less writing from me now. We’ll all adapt and keep moving further into the new timeline during 2012 and beyond but expect the unexpected, be flexible, be wise, rest plenty and take care of yourself body and soul, and expect to increasingly know more yourself instead of relying on reading ascension and spiritual-related words written by other people. This too is a positive sign, and knowing for yourself is going to be SO much more fun anyway!

Ascension-related Soul Contracts
A lot of people have a hard time truly understanding that by them living the Ascension Process and transmuting lower frequencies (duality, polarities) within themselves, their bodies and surroundings, plus embodying higher frequency Light Energies, that THAT’S how they’re actually changing the world reality and helping humanity transition into the newly anchored timeline and ascending Earth. We’ve all been brainwashed into believing that if we aren’t physically doing something then we’re not being productive, effectual, or even worthy of receiving the simplest of physical necessities such as daily food and shelter. As Bringers of Light—Lightworkers/Lightwarriors/Starseeds/Indigos etc.—we know this is a horrific lie created by the Dark Ones and the human patriarchy to maintain the human slave labor mentality and belief systems across the planet generation after generation.

We forget that through our integrating, transmuting, embodying, radiating, and BEING the higher frequency Light Energies while in human bodies on Earth in this timeline, we are “Doing”. You know that famous line, “be the change you want to see”, well, it’s true. By our embodying these higher Light Energies we’re BEING and radiating them across the world in this timeline we’re assisting Earth to vibrate higher, which naturally improves reality and life for everyone else. This seeming non-doing doing (how integrated and non-polarized is that!) is internal, unseen, unrecognized and unappreciated by the people around us but we knew it would be this way before we entered this dimension and we still couldn’t wait to get in here and go through all this…this…this fabulously intense transformational work.

I too have my moments where I refuse to take the “beatings”, abuse and disrespect any longer from people who don’t understand and/or don’t want to change and evolve now. I understand why they feel this way and why they do and say what they do towards most Starseeds/Lightworkers/Lightwarriors/Indigos etc. I have my moments when it gets to be too much for me and I have to retreat a bit to re-balance and detox whatever lower frequency junk I picked up through these situations. Dusting ourselves off and getting back in the saddle again is faster and easier now than it’s ever been, and we’re all learning to master being “Keepers of the Frequency” to borrow a Barbara Marciniak’s Pleiadian term, and not be pulled out of or “fall” from higher frequency neutrality in the first place. Soon we’ll constantly exist within a frequency of neutrality—which comes from having integrated, resolved, and ascended duality or polarities—and we won’t struggle and suffer with these situations and lack of awareness in certain people like we have. We’ll both know and be neutral (which is the higher frequency and state of consciousness and being that exists beyond duality, polarity) and that is going to be so worth all the painful and difficult transitional work we’ve done.

Along with these things also comes the expanded responsibility of learning to consciously chose what WE want to focus on mentally and emotionally moment to moment. In other words, we’re learning to be much more conscious of our consciousness and are consciously choosing what our higher Heart Mind is entertaining each moment. The great news is that eventually this too won’t be an issue or struggle for us and we’ll simply exist within a higher frequency state of neutral High Heart being where lower frequency people, consciousness and issues won’t unbalance us. We’ll exist within and function from a state of High Heart unified neutrality and consciousness—which means non-polarized not disinterested, unfeeling or insensitive—100% of the time.

So, “To turn away and into myself would be counter productive to the very thing my spirit wants…” is incorrect actually. This type of thinking is more old 3D ego-based with some heavy Piscean Age religious distortions in it. I’m not blaming anyone because that is what the planetary Collective is still full of unfortunately and am only pointing out that this not how things work at higher frequency levels.
When will this be over?
Theo asked me, “when will this be over?” Well that is THE question now isn’t it? The entire answer is still out on this one unfortunately because the planetary Collective is still waffling over this topic. I know what I want and I put my vote in long ago. Other-dimensional Upper Management has certainly heard my plea for a final cutoff point or Expiration Date to this continuing hanging on while waiting and waiting for as many people to get on the Ascension train as we can get this time around. I’m beyond tired of this waiting which has been torturous to many of us over the past years.
I’ve asked this question numerous times too over the past many years and I’ve perceived a few major or primary probabilities. The difficulty with trying to answer major questions like this is that the answers are never as black and white or polarized as a yes/no or now/later type answer. That’s old polarized 3D thinking whereas what’s been happening has been a gradual ascent up many energy Stair Steps which produces different phases, levels, and stages within this transitional process. Yes there are Expiration Dates and cutoff points within it, but they too are really Stair Steps and not as total and absolute as many of us would like them to be.

October 28, 2011 was a big cutoff point or Expiration Date, as was the 11-11-11 portal of November 11, 2011. I felt another huge transition and cutoff point when we entered January 1, 2012 and could feel that everything had changed again in important ways. The whole month of March 2012 was very potent and it too altered things in major positive ways.

The Full Moon on May 5, 2012—the “Festival of Buddha”—Moon will also be more potent in 2012 than past years, and the New Moon/Solar Eclipse on May 20, 2012 when the Earth, Sun and Alcyone of the Pleiadian system align will also bring in tremendously positive and amplified higher energies (Pleiadian energies) to humanity and Earth. And then there’s June 2012…which just blows my mind when I look at the calendar because it’s packed with multiple powerhouse energy events throughout the month. Physical life and reality will begin changing dramatically with the start of June 2012. Do you see and feel the energy Stair Steps building and expanding so far in 2012? We’re not even halfway through 2012 yet and we can feel and see the acceleration of the physical dimension dismantling of the global patriarchy finally.

And on and on it goes day by day, week by week, month by month for the rest of 2012 and beyond. Some Ascension Teachers have recently mentioned how things will be very intense for “the next five years”. The primary reason for this is that on June 23–24, 2012, the first of SEVEN squares (direct motion(s), then retrograde(s), then direct motion(s) again) between Uranus in Aries and Pluto in Capricorn starts. These seven exact Uranus/Pluto squares or hits will happen starting with the first hit on June 23–24, 2012 through 2015.

Actually this Uranus/Pluto square energy was first physically manifested globally with the start of the Egyptian Revolution on January 25, 2011, and it’s spread across the world ever since and that was just the beginning of what these two planets squaring each other will do. Actual physical reality (Pluto in Capricorn) and human consciousness (Uranus in Aries) is and will continue to dramatically and quickly be dismantled and rebuilt (the seven squares over the next five years) at a vastly higher frequency and consciousness. This MAJOR transformational process won’t always be pretty or easy, but it will be 1000% successful in permanently removing the non-human, non-physical alien Dark Ones and the physical human patriarchy and all of their lower frequency global systems from this planet. Five intense, compressed years of total dismantling and removal of the inter-dimensional and global patriarchy/Dark Ones entirely. Hell, I’ll hang around for five more years just to witness the fruits of my/your/our labors across Earth and beyond!

But we’ve got the rest of accelerating 2012 to live and transition through first and there are more energy Stair Steps coming after June and another Venus transit, the 2012 summer Solstice, the start of the Uranus/Pluto squares, planets changing signs, solar, galactic and deep-space energy increases, the fall Equinox, the 12-12-12 portal and the grand finale of the 12-21-12 winter Solstice. Plenty more 2012 excitement and changes coming with multiple energy Stair Steps to climb and connect and embody into this Ascension timeline.

What about us Starseeds/Lightwarriors/Lightworkers/Indigos in 2012?
I know you too have been acutely aware of how many people—myself included—are just not around online as much or in the same ways as we had been for many years prior to the start of 2012. Things have changed tremendously since we moved through the 11-11-11 portal. They changed again on January 1, 2012, and they shifted yet again in big ways in March 2012 and they’re only going to continue doing this all year. I’ve felt very “sequestered” since the start of 2012 and this sensation is only growing. Let me clarify what I mean when using the term sequestered.


For me this sense of being sequestered doesn’t mean hiding or not interacting with others out there in the world. It did in years past but not in late 2011 and 2012. With the start of 2012 it’s been much more about my (so many of us) working while awake and asleep in other dimensions and timelines to build and anchor this Ascension timeline in this dimension. For the past four months of 2012, I’m acutely aware of and can feel when many of my Starseed/Lightworker readers and other Ascension Teachers out there are simply not existing in the same level, location, and timeline. I can feel the energetic changes when my fellow Co-Workers exit this timeline, and I can feel when they return, and how we all reconnect even more strongly within this Ascension timeline again and again. I know you reading can this feel when I leave this timeline to do some work, tweak things a bit more, and then return to this Ascension timeline again. This is us weaving timelines together, cutting other ones out, and all to create a totally new timeline and Earth that’s completely free of Team Dark and their distortions. This level of multiple timelines and multiple realities work back into this Ascension timeline has been profuse so far in 2012 and I sense it will continue the rest of this year.

As this continues we’re becoming increasingly aware of how much this world, this reality is changing for the better because the old lower frequency everything and everyone is quickly going the way of the dinosaurs now. Some say that this transition could take as long as two to three generations to complete, and that is one strong probability. However…that’s FAR too long in my opinion and I know things are shifting moment to moment now because of the timeline weaving and cutting work we’ve been doing plus the tremendous increase in unseen and cosmic/galactic/solar/deep space help that’s much more easily able to come through now in 2012. This too is only going to increase as Team Dark is further dismantled this year. I know this transition can happen much, much, sooner than two to three generations so let’s help it happen. Let’s help the human Collective fearlessly, easily and quickly transition into the new ascended 5D Land of Plenty sooner rather than later. Use 2012 because it’s so amplified, so charged and ripe with positive potentials for total transformation. Hang in there everyone because it’s so close now…and get ready for June 2012!

Since we're on page 144, I'll just go ahead and say that I've had a hard time "falling for" the idea of dna upgrades, indigos, ascension.. all of it. I'm just not only to follow along with buzzphrases and trendy things.

But when I was confronted head-on with this product in my workplace, I had to ask myself.. "hmm... what does THIS mean?" What does it mean to me, am I the only one who "sees" this correlation, was this intentionally planned by a marketing team, or did it just "happen" to turn out this way? Is there a specific reason why my department chose this product? Does it "mean anything" to them? Are they even aware of the esoteric implications here?

Thoughts?

Hi Jatmon - I hear what ya saying re indigo's etc. I to was extremely suss, untill last year. For 2 weeks last August I saw my teenage son, morph from a normal kid going to school ect to something I would not believe unless I saw it for myself -which I did. He read books backwards and it made sense, he told me words are spells - ironic. He could see energy fields everywhere, mind you at no time in his upbringing did I invole him in "my stuff" he knew nothing of it. He even saw and read the language? of light. During that time he blew his field to bits, to much incoming , he was not grounded. He is now back to "normal" kid. I have no reason to lie about this. Anything is possible. Love to you

April 21, 2012 - is the New Moon in Taurus. We have been in a bit of a holding pattern since the beginning of the calendar year due to the action planet Mars being retrograde. Mercury retrograde dovetailed with Mars' retrograde status for several weeks, putting a further brake on effortless forward movement. Maybe you noticed some confusion and/or frustration in trying to get your projects off the ground? (A rhetorical question perhaps :) Well, Mars is now Direct, Mercury is Direct, and with the New Moon today we have some peppy energy to get back on track. It's an All Systems Go moment.

However, we are now on the precipice of the most intense, challenging, exhilarating and potentially transformative astrological patterns of the fabled year known as 2012.

The Venus Transit Portal Hovers
Things are about to shift into high gear. Between May 15 and June 24 we will experience, in the space of a few weeks, a synchronized portal of change, which includes:

The descent of light and shadow on the Pyramid of Kukulcán is an annual reminder of the sun-Pleiades-zenith conjunction that occurs during a seasonal window of 72 years, (1976 - 2048) over Chichén Itzá. In the middle of this seasonal window is 2012, when the Great Cycle ends.

The passage of the zenith will combine with two solar eclipses, the first on May 20, 2012.

This day on the Tzolkin is 10 Chicchan, which means "serpent". The second is on November 13. The winter solstice end-point will be 4 Ahau in the Tzolkin calendar, meaning Lord/Sun, and 3 Kankin in the Haab calendar, which means 'snake-day'

April 24, Tuesday. The waxing crescent Moon passes 5.0 degrees N of Aldebaran, the eye of the Bull, at 8:00 am (see April 14) and 5.7 degrees S of Venus (17 Gemini) at 8:36 pm. Aldebaran the Moon and Venus are all located inside the Sacred Hoop. This Venus Moon conjunction symbolizes the passage of Inanna or Venus through the 7th and final gate in her return journey from the underworld. This is also about the exact same degree Venus will be at when she makes her transit over the face of the Sun on June 5.
This gate is also know as the Gate of Divine Authority and is where Venus retrieves her crown symbolizing her divine heritage and her ability to act in alignment with the Divine Authority she represents. Thus, Venus (17 Gemini) reclaims her place as Queen of Heaven and Earth having completed her Shamanic Initiation inside the Sacred Hoop. From now until June 12, 2012 when Venus begins a new cycle she is continuing to integrate the full realization of her Shaman Sorceress feminine expression.

This Venus Moon conjunction is especially important for anyone who has turned or will turn a multiple of 8, 16, 24, 32, 40, 48, 56, 64, 72, 80, 88 etc between Nov 4, 2010 and June 11, 2012, as you are in a personal synodic Venus return cycle. This means Venus returns to its natal location near your birthday on the multiple of 8 year.

This is the time when Venus or Inanna retrieves her crown, known as the Shugurra, the crown of the steppe representing the 7th chakra also known as the thousand petalled lotus crown. The seventh chakra is located in the limbic area of the brain where a thousand nerves are visible when a transverse section of the brain is cut. Shri Sahasra-dala-padmastha Devi says this is the area of the brain that looks like a closed lotus bud before self-Realization occurs.

Other traditions consider the thousand petalled lotus to be above all the Gods and Goddesses, where nature exists without division, duality disappears and the great mysteries of life are all revealed.

This is a powerful time to activate or focus on your own 7th chakra through whatever personal practices you find useful. This is a great time for chanting OM, working with the Violet Flame, doing pranayama or any type of breathing or other practices that draw your attention and breath to your crown chakra. The Quarter Moon on April 29 2012 at 5:57 am EDT is at 2°29′ Leo. Astrologically, the influence of a quarter Moon lasts for seven days. As the quarter Moon is a square aspect between the Sun and Moon, the energy is tense or uncomfortable and can often manifest as some difficulty in relationships. Sun square Moon means that our need for emotional security can be in conflict with our need to shine in the world. In the first quarter Moon we are still in the “new start” or building and planning phase of the New Moon. Life Review


Dear Family,

The recent dual eclipses along with the Venus Transit happening this first week in June, have surely been doing their job by shaking up the energetic environment and therefore shaking up the status quo. These energies are abrupt, sudden and intense, and are designed to really rock the boat to reveal what's hidden, so remaining as stable as possible, keeping an even keel, will help serve to navigate through these choppy waters. There is a sensation of great unease in the larger fields, as the space between breaths right before a great "cosmic sneeze". We know in our cells something huge is coming and there is a level of preparation getting ready for it. The past few weeks have presented many of us with a tremendous amount of tasks to complete and issues to resolve. Almost as if there is a deadline associated with these tasks, even if they appear mundane, there is a sense of a great meaning presently working behind the scenes.

This may be another pass around of coping with past issues, past relationships or past family dynamics, (past lives) as our spiritual identity is attempting to drop the density away from being stored in the bodily memory. We are streamlining by lightening the load and traveling light! Many hidden or unaddressed issues creating imbalance in our energies, have reached a breaking point, and are breaking through now, throwing our usual routine or schedule out the window. It is up to our inner wisdom to discern whether we engage with these issues actively, or disengage from what may be a false mental program operating that pushes our buttons. Many times we are placed in positions where we are just there to observe. Having wisdom is being engaged neutrally, being present to what is happening, and knowing when the space opens up to reveal that an action is required. This is the discernment of where to place our precious life force, where we need to conserve greater energy or direct greater energy in our life. This is a time of spiritual initiation to apply greater wisdom in our actions and lifestyle, and this is the force that is applying pressure in our lives to make that appropriate change. These changes are aligning the energy signature of personal vibration with respective timelines and resonant dimensional frequencies in the upcoming end cycle of 2012. This is not the time to procrastinate, as the consequences will be heated up after August, if you have not responded to needed changes. This is the time to hunker down and Just DO It!

Many of us will be deeply transformed in our lives through this time and suddenly moved into different locations, residences, relationships, service work or even forced into plain silence. This is a time of great inner and outer revelation of our life purpose and clarity with our existence to the whole. If we are sensitive to feel the planetary field energies, there are various dimensional levels of group entities (species and their kingdoms) evacuating into other times and spaces. The dimensional energy placement is shifting tremendously and that creates a massive movement within the consciousness layer fields throughout all the planetary kingdoms.

If we have developed a degree of mental discipline and are capable of quieting the mind and being still, many inner revelations are being presented to us through this period of great consciousness expansion. We are entering a time on this planet of Life Review, the same function of the consciousness holographic memory projection of our life-stream, that we view in between incarnation cycles. Participating consciously with this Life Review during this cycle, while in a body, is a positive and massive step forward in accelerating consciousness. Facing memories and reaching a conclusion of their events by fully letting them go in unconditional love and forgiveness, will slide your light-body into the new supportive platform of the Unity field.

More Ascending waves of human beings are currently being spiritually initiated into the Unity Platform timeline and simultaneously being extracted from the 3D mind control architecture. As a part of this transition, along with other events, such as a lifting quarantine in the fields, a Life Review will occur as in the previous death transition of "bardo". For some it may feel like a death of your identity, or death of someone or something, who is the archetype who agreed to be the catalyst of your ascension transition. Keep breathing and Let it go. This may feel like being in the crusty, dark cocoon right before bursting into the butterfly with a full wing span. Stay awake through the Life Review which may mirror a "dark night of the soul" process in order to be present for the feeling of the returning flight to freedom.

Release of Planetary Quarantine Begins

A Quarantine, (one of many placed in the earth consciousness fields) is a dimensional frequency block recorded in our genetic material which is made from the DNA being altered within the holographic architecture of the planetary body. This impacts every living thing on the planet. This quarantine or "seal" is being released (as it is safe to do so without exploding the earth core) by changing lower tone sequences in the dimensional fields that resonate with higher tone sequences that exist within the higher Harmonic Universes. One such stellar event that commences a trigger with this shift in the "quarantine field" is the upcoming Venus transit on 6/6.

There are base tone dimensional keys, overtone dimensional keys and resonating dimensional keys that make up the three layers of the dimensional "frequency" strings comprising the entire Universal Time Matrix and its Master Key Tone DNA Structure. When severe damage occurs to any layer of the frequency tone(s) with a damaged key, that tone will not resonate in key with the other harmonic strings, which is like saying, there is no resonance to activate that frequency, so the harmonic tone and its key effectively, are "dead". These dead strings are also a reason to why organic 5D Ascension plan was aborted, as the stellar body activations produce consecutive frequency strings that the earth was not able to "absorb" its critical mass into her collective fields. These dead strings create pools of static dead energy, dead energy spaces collect called "phantom matrix," and like a waste product, generate black layers of "planetary body miasma".

Planetary Miasma

Miasma is synonymous with black, frozen or dead light, which is generated in a damaged morphogenetic field similarly as an "energetic" waste product, like toxins or feces. Damaged architecture in the planetary field cannot run enough life force "current" or the proper frequency tone keys, and that damages the earth body, creating dead wiring and dead spaces. These dead spaces cannot transmit or exchange with living intelligent energy fields and ultimately that harms earth inhabitants by creating digressive mutations. Miasma can also be manipulated and it is manipulated in a variety of ways, continually, by the Negatives to serve their agenda. Miasma can be recorded specifically to alter DNA/RNA to generate a specific function. (As an example, to proliferate a certain disease miasm into the human population, one purposely places a "retro-virus" miasm into sections of the planetary grid.) If not corrected, the dead waste product creates disease, sickness and deterioration of the DNA and its frequency tone keys. If planetary miasma is not cleared and repaired, it infects the brain and nervous system of the planet (the grid system), all of the planetary kingdoms DNA, as well as infecting human beings DNA. For these reasons and many more, this planet received several quarantines to limit the "waste product" from infecting the outer rims of nearby dimensions and other planetary worlds through their potential "resonating" dimensional key tones.

The Starseed and Indigo family have come to this planet to work specifically with healing this "planetary and human miasma" by rehabilitating DNA tones, working in the timelines, healing or ejecting dead light miasma and their causal implants. This function makes up for a large part of the clearing and transmuting work within the collective Light family. Our groups have been able to transmute enough miasma ( in partnership with the Celestial Management Structure, The Guardians) by running 12 D hubs and Rainbow Rounds in the earth grid, to stabilize the earth core to prepare to release this quarantine, on schedule with the Venus Transit.

666 Seal

This level of the quarantine is what is referred to as the "666" seal and is a genetic block in the sixth frequency tones residing within the layers of our 6D/7D oversoul bodies and crown chakra. This "quarantine" is a genetic block that forced the soul consciousness to reincarnate over and over again on the 3D earth plane (and other planets in an appropriate dimensional field) in order to reclaim missing pieces and soul parts, as well as learn how to evolve back into wholeness with the natural laws of God, The Law of One. This quarantine was placed to protect other realms, planets and the "being" itself, as such fragmentation created an endangerment to that consciousness. This was a benevolent method to reassemble missing DNA tones and soul parts that had been lost or damaged in the trauma of previous life cycles.

This genetic block became a curse for humanity over the last cycle as it was passed down the genetic lines through interbreeding with the Annunaki, which further digressed human DNA. Annunaki and Nephilim hybrids became carriers of the genetic block and because of their disregard of the Law of One (Natural Laws of God) and intended genetic manipulation for human enslavement, this agenda further advanced the DNA distortions. Over time the distortions manifested splitting between the elemental "physical" body layers, the subconscious mind and lower and higher aspects of the astral identity. These schisms generated shadow selves, and dark fragments in the astral layers of the soul matrix that further proliferated, personal and planetary miasma. The genetic block and removal of these DNA tones created a dual identity in both the 2D and 4D, and is how the "shadow self" and unconscious aspects were first generated in the digressed human DNA. The 2D schism split the instinctual body into separate functions, a collection of fragmented sub-personalities (generated from soul memories) and a repository of personal emotional energies and collective chaotic forces. The 4D schism placed a barrier in the nadial capsule that separates the astral body/heart chakra from merging with the 3D solar plexus mental body. This subjects the person to lower astral energies and lower astral traveling. This blocks the lower bodies communication with the elemental kingdoms, making it very hard for the person to feel "body consciousness" or communication with nature or elemental kingdom.

Healing These Schisms Now

To heal these schisms and rehabilitate the DNA, a being is required to learn about the Law of One and practice the Law of One principles, to finally heal and embody the integrated spiritual identity. Once all beings are proficient and accepting of this as the truth as the nature of reality, these genetic blocks (seals) are able to be removed as the person is not an endangerment to themselves or others. The removal of this 666 Seal means that the person has achieved a process of planetary ascension, no longer required to reincarnate in the lower creational realms or 3D earth. This planetary quarantine beginning to lift also means the possibility of more enlightened E.T. races finally being able to communicate with our planet, as this is a sequential event leading the human race to join in Cosmic Citizenship, as a potential "peaceful race".

This is an opening during this time cycle, to be lifted away from these genetic blockages (miasma) that have impacted ALL OF HUMANITY. There is NO judgment, its understanding our history and the fact we are incarnated down here means we have taken on the imprint as a part of the human race. If we have not cleared this imprint through our ascension mission, we will have the opportunity to do this DNA healing from this point now and ongoing.

What this means is that many of us will be having our own version of a LIFE REVIEW in the coming months. This life review happens either in a body or if you pass your body, which some people are passing their body now in order to do so. Being taken out of the work force, being put into stillness, getting sequestered means to pay attention during this time and allow yourself to release and go deeper to clear any subconscious pattern, pain, suffering or conflict that you still have operating. To bring balance to your bodies and heal your consciousness, therefore DNA, educating oneself about the Law of One and applying its principles into every aspect of one's life, will greatly accelerate spiritual consciousness and personal healing. This life review is being monitored, by your higher consciousness (Avatar Christos), and the Founder Guardians, in a way that was not possible before, meaning that the clarity is coming into focus in order to bring your spiritual consciousness to the place of fully residing within your body. Communicate actively with your spirit and request the removal and release of these seals, and quarantines from impacting your body and consciousness. A sincere and dedicated heart will receive spiritual help and spiritual response. Declare your intention and dedication to serve Gods Cosmic Sovereign Law of One.

Egypt Timelines and 2D Elemental Body Consciousness

The body consciousness is primarily elemental, so many of our primal feelings, relationships and 2D connections will surface now. The places of the subconscious that you were not aware of - is going to have the ability to merge with your body at the degree one cooperates with this lifted quarantine and wants to participate with its benefits. The Founder Guardians (Christos God Forces) have the power to remove all of this, plus more, and it's because of the 2012 ending time cycle, and the ability of the earth to receive it, not from any judgment being applied. We have waited eons to reach this event in time. This is a privilege.

In the timelines of Egypt, as well as subsequent abuse of "alien" technology to open portals in the 2D Underworld, (which created time and space rips) manifested incredible damage to the planet, and her elemental and nature kingdoms. The damage made to the planetary field created multiple problems with human soul fragments, soul inversion, subconscious shadow personalities and alien manipulation of these vulnerabilities. One of these events was with 18th Dynastic timeline with Akhenaton, a Sirian Annunaki Templar Guardian, of which the erroneous use of opening portal systems for Ascension occurred while attempting to move out trapped souls from the Atlantian and Lemurian Holocaust periods. This ascension project ended in failure and destroyed his massive life's work in attempting to recreate Krystic architecture and Law of One principles within Amarna, upon the earth. Upon opening rips in the 2D Underworld, which unleashed harmful forces into the higher frequency planes, it fragmented many souls who were sucked through its black hole. Shortly after this event, he retreated from his rule in pain, and was murdered a heretic King. Some of us are here again, to complete this project in this 2012 time cycle and have been working to heal the schism this created with the 2D kingdom.

The 2D dimensional field is where many animal and nature kingdoms exist as group consciousness, and were harmfully impacted by this quarantine, where they could not access links into other dimensional consciousness, and in effect, were trapped in that space. Because this quarantine is being sequentially lifted, many more of us are being contacted by species of the nature and animal kingdom. As this quarantine lifts we will begin to remember how to communicate with the intelligent beings of nature and give them their access back into the higher realms. All beings of the earth are of an intelligent group consciousness, and as we begin to take back our guardianship of the earth, this means we are the responsible stewards to cooperate in harmony with the natural kingdoms.

Guardian Earth Projects

Some of us in this Light family will be embarking in completely different ways of communicating and supporting this planet and her nature kingdoms. As this quarantine lifts, many of us will be receiving more information directly from the earth and be inspired in ways we can participate with the healing of our planet (and all of her inhabitants) during this Ascension Cycle. More humans having activated sonar, echo-location or telepathic communication will hear streams of intelligence and dialogue coming out of the earth and her kingdoms. This may take a bit to acclimate until one gets used to the awareness that all things are living intelligent beings. As we move out from individual ego to group consciousness, we will more easily communicate with group consciousness, such as the nature kingdoms. Most humans have forgotten we were designed to be the guardian of this planet. As our new "elemental" senses come online, we will be "sought" out for communication by nature kingdoms and astral entities alike. These new ways of communicating change our "job description" with this planet, as we start to recognize our true spiritual selves and our relationship to all things.

This is a major and necessary step in reclaiming this planet's freedom, from the invasion of Reptilian based control. The Reptilian control was successful because they invaded the planetary brain, the holographic architecture, and used that as a control panel to direct the elemental forces and the nature kingdoms. When force is applied to the elemental kingdom that is not organic to its growth or natural movement, the consciousness of that "being" or species, can degenerate and die. Naturally this is very disturbing to the earth and nature kingdoms. More than one species has informed us that their design and purpose (holographic blueprint with the earth) has been hijacked, mutated, stolen and abused by the Reptilian agenda, which brings great harm to the earth. These kingdoms are very aware and know exactly what is going on from their vantage point, which is indeed fascinating to listen to. The earth and nature kingdom desires, as any sentient intelligence, to evolve, grow and live free. As this particular quarantine is lifted, these kingdoms are very motivated to connect, communicate and work in partnership with enlightened human beings. As conscious humans accept their responsibility to be a steward of earth, nature will regain its trust with humanity in order to co-create resolutions for harmonious ways of living. We have much to learn from Nature and all her creatures, who understand their "inherent design", and why they were placed on earth (alongside humans) to participate with evolution. Humanity is beginning a new period of learning and discovery with these kingdoms, to cooperate with us, in returning the planet back to the Natural Laws. One may find themselves participating in many ways such as, gridwork, sponsoring, clearing and healing species groups, opening portals, transiting fragments, re-encryption of elementals, moving through miasma/slime, or any other way one feels connected to love nature.

You are the Guide

Most people in the masses are still working on releasing mind control, mind slides and alien technology,that distort mental perception and beliefs from gathering an accurate assessment of this reality. Many of the masses will be confused and lost, obsessively looping in ego and personality problems. We have a great many people, especially males, that have been groomed into the patriarchal domination program of tyrannical material values. When that program ceases to be reinforced to that identity, and they do not understand or accept the change, confusion, anger, depression and delusion take hold. There are a lot of confused and angry people on earth and beyond, without any context for what they are going through.

When we have some deeper context and comprehension of planetary events impacting our consciousness, it allows us to go ever deeper into our spiritual embodiment potential. We must get past the mind control to experience our spiritual consciousness. As we glean the necessary clarity to become more effective and effortless with our life missions, it is necessary to increase our ability to effectively communicate compassionately with others around us.

Those of us reading this, are the light and example to help our brother and sisters release their bondage of suffering from unconsciousness. Many of us will help guide the people on this planet and after we leave this planet, as this is the re-education and reclamation of the Christos, returning to many other planetary systems. Learn about the Natural Laws of God, The Law of One, and how to apply those principles in communicating and interacting with others.

As one reclaims the Inner God Spirit, one is made in the image of the eternal Light of God and lives as the Natural Laws. These laws are basic, however intrinsic to our Spiritual Ascension process and our journey home, back to freedom. Live as the Law, and freedom, liberation and sovereignty is eternally yours, this is God's Promise.

LAW OF ONE PRACTICES

1. PRACTICE ONE: UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS - The Law of One is the comprehension that all things are made of intelligent energy and are a part of the All-One. The Law of One is a Sacred Science of the mechanics of consciousness and are the Natural Laws governing our Universal Creation. All-One is the recognition that Eternal Truth is Eternal Love and Eternal Love is the organic consciousness of Infinite Creator, or God. Eternal Love consciousness embodied in a form is Unity intelligence, and simultaneously recognized as, the Inner Light of Christos. Unity consciousness is at One with God and Unity consciousness ignites the Inner Light of Christos. The Inner Light of Christos when actualized in form, is the embodiment of an Eternal God Human. Practice Unity Consciousness and One is directly reflecting the image of God's Love, and is eternally protected. Be At One with All, as One is All with God.

2. PRACTICE TWO: LOVE YOURSELF - Apply the practice of Unity with All-One as an extension towards loving, honoring and respecting yourself. Acknowledge the precious life force within by holding reverence and respect for yourself in all ways. Loving yourself is the action of Self Sovereignty, which is the natural state of embodying God's Eternal Love. As a manifestation of God's eternal spirit of Love, one has the ability to choose to create personal freedom without harming others. Have courage to remove the obstacles of pain and fear to become embodied Love, as God's spirit is always found within.

3. PRACTICE THREE: LOVE OTHERS - As you learn to love yourself, love others. Acknowledge the precious life force in others by holding love, reverence and respect for others. Loving others as you love yourself, is the natural state of Self Sovereignty as you give others the same reverence for their life, as you give your own life. Through practicing self-love and loving others, no approval, worth or esteem issues come into question, as all is loved equally.

4. PRACTICE FOUR: LOVE EARTH AND NATURE - Loving the Earth and all her creations, the kingdoms of nature, plants, animals and mineral, which are all alive, conscious and intelligent energy beings. Acknowledge the precious life force present in all of God's creation, by holding reverence and respect for nature. Doing so restores balance and harmony to nature, and the intelligent energy of all of earth's creations will respond to cooperate with humankind. Humans living in discord with nature create many events that are considered to be "at the mercy of" the untamed forces. As humans learn to live in harmony with earth and the nature kingdom, the natural creatures will align to be in harmony and cooperation with all inhabitants.

5. PRACTICE FIVE: SERVICE TO OTHERS - Upon firmly loving yourself and honoring your path, find methods to be of service to others that do not overstep personal boundaries of discernment. Being of service to others does not include consumptive modeling, such as victim-victimizer, parasitism or emotional vampirism. Being of service does not hold an ego perspective of entitlement, expectation or attachment. Practice being of service with unconditional love, and naturally flowing in the moment. The energy exchange made between participants being of service to others, amplifies and expands consciousness growth like no other method. The more you amplify the energetic field of being in service to others, the more joy, harmony and gifts will be brought into your life. The more service you dedicate to Gods plan, the Law of One, the more spiritual support and spiritual presence one can exchange with God Force.

6. PRACTICE SIX: CONSCIOUSNESS EXPANSION - Learn to develop inner clarity and spiritual integrity by intending to develop personal consciousness and/or spiritual identity. To embody one's spiritual identity, one's mind must be initiated and disciplined. If the ego is in authority of the body it will repel the spiritual identity from embodiment. If the mental body creates obstacles to the spiritual identity, the spiritual identity, therefore the consciousness, will not be experienced. The first step to consciousness expansion is becoming aware of mind control and the quality content of thoughts and belief systems. The second step is to cooperate with the process of mental and physical discomfort by having patience and waiting in the void of silence. Learn to quiet the mind, sublimate the ego and be still. Once stillness, mental discipline and ego sublimation has been achieved, listen to your inner spirit to receive guidance. Inner Guidance will always lead to the process of re-education to experience continual consciousness expansion free of fear and dogma. The Inner Christos always guides one towards choosing more love and peace via consciousness expansion of the spiritual identity.

7. PRACTICE SEVEN: RESPONSIBLE CO-CREATION - As one becomes more infused with the eternal love of the spiritual identity, the intelligent blueprint activates the divine purpose of being as a co-creator with God. The spiritual identity and the intelligent blueprint of divine purpose are one and the same. Clarity of purpose and direction becomes clearer and clearer as one commits to live in service to the principles of All-ONE or Christ spirit. Knowing and Living our purpose brings joy, peace and fulfillment, even when facing adversity or challenges. Once we achieve "knowing", we are responsible for that knowing, and practice responsible co-creation with the All-One. A responsible co-creator knows all manifestations are in partnership with the All-One. We do not possess or control anything, so needs, desires and superimposing will, should be avoided. We are stewards of God Spirit to Serve Others in responsible co-creation with All-One. From this knowing, and living this principle, we are eternally free of karmic exchanges.

The Final Six Months of 2012

IT’S TIME TO KNOW A BIT MORE
So far in 2012 I haven’t been writing as much as I did in 2011 and years before due to multiple reasons. One of those reasons is because my physical pain level increased dramatically with the start of January 2012 and hasn’t relinquished until last night–June 25, 2012. More about that in a moment. Another reason for my decrease in writing was because I’ve been needing much more time to rest, nap, recuperate, do nothing, be physically still and quiet, and adapt to and keep up with the vastly accelerated energies of the first six months of 2012.

Needing more time in 2012 to do no-thing and be still physically, mentally, emotionally etc. was not something I decided to do but was suddenly forced upon me as something I HAD to do to survive this time. I’m so used to pushing hard and hurriedly to get things accomplished (and written) within the Ascension timeline that it was almost unnatural for me to back-off the accelerator and learn to drive in a new way now. But nothing brings the point home as well and as fast for me at least, as unrelenting physical pains on top of all the old familiar physical pains and aches I’ve always had! (Please keep in mind as you read this that these things are what I’ve been experiencing, doing, working on and embodying as a elder First Waver so your mileage may vary. Don’t use my personal experiences as a gauge for your own personal experiences and ascension symptoms etc. or feel obligated to manifest them yourselves. Just take the information I’m sharing and apply it in whatever way(s) benefits you in this moment and let the rest of it fall away.)

I’ve been seriously slowed down due to the extra physical pain since January 2012 by a lifelong problem/situation in the lower Cervical vertebrae in my spine. I’ve had this and more due to scoliosis my whole life, but it suddenly went bad with the start of January 2012. When this particular part of my spine goes out of place it usually causes the muscles to knot up to the point that they pull my left shoulder slightly out of place also. Fun times. The shoulder doesn’t dislocate entirely but gets rotated forward slightly in the socket, which needless to say, hurts like all hell and seriously cramps my style not to mention simply lift my left arm! When this has happened in years past I could do a few tricks I’ve learned from chiropractors over the years to first relax the muscles and hopefully, eventually, get the shoulder to slide back into place and if really lucky the neck vertebrae too. I had this same thing happen for about four months straight in early 2011, and then it began again in January 2012, and no matter what I did I couldn’t get any relief as none of my old physical tricks were working. (I hope you’re all reading between the lines here because there’s more going on than first meets the eye!)

So, for the first-half of 2012 I’ve dragged around my constantly hurting left shoulder, arm, and seriously painful lower Cervical vertebrae area and muscles with zero relief and growing frustrations. This additional physical pain is of course on top of all the ongoing Ascension symptoms pains. The other thing that I’d been clairvoyanly seeing since May 2012 were the two etheric devices I’ve mentioned before; the periwinkle colored ball of light and the circle of white light containing smaller white light circles inside of it (looks like the lens end of an LED flashlight). It took me years to figure out what these two things actually were, and once I realized they were negative etheric devices siphoning my energy, my vital life-force, I went to work to prevent them from continuing to feed from me. These devices were also a way that the nonphysical Negatives–Team Dark–used to monitor me, my Mom, and even our cat in this dimension. The original, other-dimensional, Negative “Big Brother” at its etheric worst and most vile.

When I started seeing these two familiar negative etheric devices again after working so hard for two years (2009–2010) to get rid of them, it was not a happy moment. There was a part of me that, upon seeing them again, just wanted to ignore them and pretend they’d magically go away. “Dream on Denise! How’s that deluded “magical thinking” working for ya?” The head-in-the sand position is certainly not what Starseeds/Lightworkers/Indigos or 2012 are about and you and I both know it even during weak, exhausted moments like this. It had been so wonderful not clairvoyantly seeing and feeling Team Dark’s negative etheric devices around me or us for much of 2011, that to suddenly have them both reappear (to my current level of perception) in May 2012 was very disheartening but there it is—more energy work I needed/need to do. We’re not out of the woods yet; close yes, but not fully there yet so put down the 2012 Ascension party favors and get back to Work. Sigh…

After trying all my old physical Chiropractic tricks for months that simply weren’t doing anything for me during the first half of 2012, I asked—make that plead—for help from my Ascension Guides/Assistants. (I cannot believe how long it takes me to put two-and-two together sometimes and remember to even ask them for help! I’ll explain who they are in a moment.) Repeatedly all evening and throughout the night I asked my Ascension Guides/Ascension Assistants and my Higher Self to help me with this severe and near crippling neck and shoulder pain–and here comes the nonphysical point to all this–and completely and permanently remove any of the Negative’s etheric multidimensional parasitic attachments, siphons, feed lines, implants, distortions and energy theft devices of my personal life-force energies!
“What are you realizing and saying right now Denise? That these particular physical scoliosis and arthritic problems and pains you’ve had all your life may in fact not be inherited genetic ones after all? That they may actually be physical damage or side-effects from multidimensional body damage, trauma and distortions caused by the Negatives life-force stealing etheric attachments within in your multiple bodies? Oh dear god…it’s been that bad from the beginning of my life? From the beginning of many people’s lives?”


Throughout the night I repeatedly asked my personal Ascension Guides/Assistants to help me with this left shoulder and neck/spine pain situation because it had become way too much and way too painful. And, after six miserable months of constant pain, I woke up the next morning with it greatly reduced. Healed and gone permanently? No, but greatly reduced and obviously with more work (and awareness) on my part to still be done. Team Dark is resilient, clever, determined, creative and highly motivated with their parasitic energy theft programs and systems! We cut them off at one spot and they immediately try to create other routes to continue stealing what they want which is our individual life-force energies plus the energies we produce through emotions and thoughts.

Wanting this negative nightmare to be over isn’t enough unfortunately. Seek deeper as to why something–whatever it is–seems to be trying to prevent you from doing whatever it is that you/me/each of us is doing in this moment in 2012. In my case it was the physical writing I do here about the Ascension Process, and also the energy work I do in multiple dimensions. Here I am two days after this six month-long pain has eased up and the first thing I want and must do is share what I’ve learned from what I’ve gone through. And don’t forget like I have repeatedly to ask your personal Ascension Guides/Assistants to help you when you honestly need it. I’ll never forget to do this again!

WHO ARE YOUR ASCENSION GUIDES/ASSISTANTS?
When we Volunteered to incarnate on Earth during this Ascension timeline to integrate polarity, transmute the Dark, and simultaneously embody increasing amounts of Light plus the new blueprints for humanity in the new Evolutionary Cycle coming with the start of 2013, we first spent a lot of careful time and focus with our Higher Selves and kinsfolk (our “homies” from our Home stations wherever that may be for each of us) setting up plans, backup plans, and teams of helpers/guides/assistants for each one of us volunteers. There was no way we’d leave Home and incarnate in dark, polarized 3D without numerous backup plans, etheric communication devices, telepathy, dream contacts etc., and plenty of our dimensional or stellar Home “homies” watching our backs and guiding us while we’re down here carrying out our difficult and dangerous Ascension Missions in physicality. It would have been pointless for us to come to 3D Earth without plenty of our friends from Home working from those levels as our individual Ascension Guides/Assistants while we were in such a dark and negative place as Earth has been for so long fulfilling our Missions.

Remember that YOU worked very carefully with YOUR Ascension Guides/Assistants pre Mission launch for them to assist you while down here. Utilize them, especially whenever you/me/each of us hits a seeming block wall and don’t know what to do next. After checking in with your Higher Self, always remember to ask your personal Ascension Guides/Assistants to help you, guide you, help you better consciously connect with whatever knowledge and awareness you need at that moment. And, when needed, ask them to help you with whatever Negative’s devices, tools, siphons etc. that are still etherically attached and feeding from you, draining you of your god-given vital life-force energies.

2012 FIRST-AID TOOLS & TIMELINE REALITY CHECK
Now that we’ve reached the long-awaited second-half or final six months of 2012 things are going to compress and amplify more than they have ever before. Please read that again. More than they ever have before. I know…yikes!… but the next six months of 2012 are THE last six months of the past twenty-five years of the Ascension Process; the last six months of the last 5,125 year cycle; the last six months of the exact opposition point to the start of the Age of Leo (half of the 26,000 yearlong Precessional Cycle) which many of us Starseeds were incarnate for also because of its connection to now; and the last six months of the entire 26,000 yearlong Precessional cycle and much, much more. Please read that again if needed to honestly and deeply get this fact into your current heart brain, body, and consciousness.

We are now in the last six months of the entire 26,000 yearlong Precessional Cycle and more. Yeah, reality-check time. Brief bathroom break time at the 2012 summer Solstice point so we honestly, fully and very consciously grasp the importance and intensity of where we are right now. Got it? Then hold on to it because it will help you through these last six super compressed months. I’m not trying to scare anyone, only help you realize and keep realizing where you and all of us actually are now within the Ascension Process; we’re literally in the last few minutes of it so pay attention, use it as best you can every minute of every day and night, don’t shut down like what was trying to happen to me through the exaggerated negative physical pains, and hold your higher frequencies and consciousness amidst the growing chaos and uncertainty as all the old patriarchal systems we’re used to disintegrate. No fear. Seriously. This is where and why our Conscious Creating and Co-Creating is so important because the things we’re now imagining and envisioning in our High Hearts are what’s going to replace the falling patriarchal systems.

Remember that great line in the movie Clash of the Titans when Zeus hollers, “Release the Kraken!” I giggle to myself every time I think about soon hollering, “Release the Indigos!” Oh how quickly they will step in and take over to get everything on the ascended new Earth where it needs to be for all and always from the High Heart center.

In those moments when you get lost, confused, dejected feeling, overwhelmed, or caught up in whatever craziness and intensity that’s happening to and/or around and/or through you please remember this; there are ONLY six very fast and intense months left of this Ascension Process and they’re going to speed by like nothing we’ve experienced yet. Only six months left. Translated that’s means it’s going to feel like about six weeks! We’ve been working so long and hard for this that I have to stop and make myself think about it, focus on it, and locate myself in the moment of these amazing transitions, completions, endings/beginnings, last-minute battles, expanding higher awareness and growing new abilities etc. Only six months left. Use them as best and brilliantly as you can. Take more responsibility for your thoughts, emotions, dreams, desires, imagination, creative potentials and increasing ability to build the new world from your inner High Heart and existence in this potent transitional Now Moment…and the next…and the next…and the next.

Because we’re in the last six months of the Ascension Process and the 26,000 yearlong Precessional cycle, things are and will continue to be ultra fast paced with more and more anomalies, weird “symptoms”, increased conscious ET communications, growing imbalances in many, growing brilliance and High Heart genius in others, more time spent in NO time, and many more deaths as certain people chose to exit physicality during these final six months. We’re going to be increasingly feeling and affected by the tremendous Milky Way Galactic Center (GC) energy transmissions from now through the last two important energy portals in December. During these final six months we’re getting fully up to speed energetically, vibrationally, so when we transition through the 12-12-12 (December 12, 2012) and 12-21-12 (winter Solstice December 21, 2012) portals we’re as close a match to the shift frequencies and other side as possible, plus with as little of our old baggage as possible also. Stay as non-polarized, neutral (aka “unified”) as you can during these last six months because it will help you/me/each of us travel this last leg of this incredible journey and grand transition into a totally new Evolutionary Cycle.
