Depends on the circumstances, its triple point is 0.01C (the point at which water can exist as solid, liquid and gas/vapor)

Ok idiots, here is the answer: H2O is a gas if the temperature is above 100°C, it is a solid when it the temperature is below 0°C, and it is a liquid when the temperature is between those two temperatures.

H2O as a single molecule is a gas. But 2 H2O meaning 2 molecules combined becomes either a solid or liquid depending on the temperature. |
