In anticipation of the horrible killer flu running rampant with so many deaths reported, I made up a "thieves oil" potion, using several potent essential oils. Included in the mix, I added DMSO, known for its penetration of tissue.

One night, I began a dry cough that just wouldn't quit. In desperation, I rubbed the "thieves oil" across my chest and up the throat every 15 minutes. Within an hour, all coughing stopped and didn't return. Blessed relief!

Am considering using it internally in half-ounce increments but, considering its penetrative action, going right into the cells, it's going to take a little more courage than I have right now.

As I understand it, DMSO opens the cells so that other good stuff can enter. It's supposed to be taken 15 minutes before the good stuff can be introduced to the open cell in order to destroy the bad stuff...like cancer cells.

One has to be careful that the skin is absolutely free of contaminants as the DMSO isn't choosy about what it carries deep into the tissues.

It would be nice for some who are using DMSO successfully to give the rest of us some advice.
