My Dear Friends:
With the full and perfect arrival, within your perceptual universe, of that energy known as The Divine Feminine---we are now ready to conceptualize for you a whole new vision of what has been previously classified as "emotion."
We are The Reconnections. We represent all those parts of your Expanded Self that you had to forget about in order to become human. We have never been very far from you, just far enough. In some universes, we are that empty space which surrounds every object. In others, we are the silence that hears and appreciates each and every song. And we are here for you now, to receive you back into the Oneness of All That Is. We carry with us your cap and your gown---symbols of the impending completion of your journey here in this current paradigm of Physical Limitation.
Until now, being forced to function within a hyper-masculine paradigm, the emotions of an average person have deteriorated considerably in their quality and stature. Instead of offering innovative and vital insight into the human soul, your emotions have been reduced merely to PROGRAMMED REACTIONS to human circumstance. If things do not go your way, you get angry. Your body energy swells and peaks. If you experience loss, you become sad. If your body chemistry gets jumbled, or if you have fear about the outcome of some situation, you became anxious---and so on and so forth.
It seems that the de-sensitization that characterizes a predominantly male orientation to living naturally produces a reactive element to mirror back to itself what is missing from the equation. God created a world to mirror back qualities within Himself that were previously hidden from His view. He begins by creating a man, who declares that "something is missing" in his life. He is lonely. This revealed something about man, but it also applied to God. Do you get what we are saying?
Prior to this era, the Great Goddess held sway over the minds and hearts of humanity. Indeed, it was Her temples that the Masculine God destroyed when He settled His people in the "Promised Land." Magic was eclipsed by Logic, even though the whole struggle between the two continues to play itself out, in miniaturized form, within every household in the land. Husbands struggle with wives, wives struggle with children, and "control" is still the premium commodity of the day.
Most societal systems are facades that have been set up to perpetuate the need for control, the lust for power. The more energy humans pour into perfecting society, the less they will spend on examining their own hearts for signs of imbalance and deep inner need. Families are not a reflection of the society in which they exist. It is the other way around. And individuals are not formed by their families, either. The larger body exists to be a mirror for the smaller---even as the smaller is meant to be a mirror for the one. To seek to control and regulate your reflection in the great mirror is to miss the point of it all. One cannot improve his experience of the INSIDE merely by focusing his efforts upon controlling the OUTSIDE.
Female control is not superior to Male control. Itīs just different, thatīs all. It moves through the body in unique neural pathways. Because mere "reactivity" to circumstances became tedious and futile, the female element (in many places on your planet still subjugated to the male) began to eat from a tree that contained "secret knowledge." Feelings became a deeper way of knowing, as women learned (probably from their children) to pay attention to signs and signals in people that logic tended to overlook.
To love something or someone in the same way you love yourself is to crack open a vault filled with personal power that cannot be measured or contained. Developing this quality comes easier to mothers, who spent a good deal of their time caring for and nurturing little beings who were once part of themselves. Thus, the "maternal instinct" became a seed that germinated into full-blown INTUITION.
Once women began to realize the potential of "female intuition," coupled with the power of their sexuality (which, in the Realm of the Goddess is considered a form of worship), they began using these elements to their advantage. Throw into the mix their obvious influence upon the hearts of children, and itīs not hard to understand why "the hand that rocks the cradle rules the world."
Interestingly enough, more and more men today are becoming inclined to rock that cradle. They are also spending more time listening to and observing women. As they relax their need to be admired, and to deny their own inner feminine, they are beginning to learn some deep lessons. This transformation in the male icon is your sign that Global Transmutation is upon you. Women striving to gain control (in society) is simply another reaction to outward circumstance. Though it has some temporary cathartic value for them, it is really the softening of male pride and aggression that will finally turn the tide of your planetary energy.
DE-LIBERATION
The drawback of control, whether it is masculine (overt) or feminine (covert) is the fact that it requires the controller to be deliberate in his or her methods. After all, if YOU are the one at the wheel of the car, then it is YOU who must decide. And, to become deliberate is to de-liberate yourself from the joy of being a child, of being free, of being receptive rather than the Initiator all the time.
Have you ever wondered if God gets tired of being in charge all the time? Is He ever weary of listening to your prayers, and carrying out all of the necessary operations to keep the world running? Probably not, since many of you have become accustomed to separating yourselves from Him, and bestowing upon Him all those powers and attributes which are afraid to possess.
Is it possible that the Creator, about Whose characteristics you have always attached the prefix "omni," might Himself enjoy the prospect of being created---by a Force that is expansive enough to enfold and encompass Him? Might He long to be initiated upon by a Higher Power so that He, too, can rest from deliberation and simply drift like a feather in the wind?
And who it is that gives birth to the Divine Mother? At whose breast does She suckle? Must the Source of all people and things forego the pleasure of being Sourced by something even larger than She?
ENERGY IN MOTION
With the voicing of these primal inquiries, we turn now to the RECONNECTION OF ALL THAT IS. This is the merge point for God and Goddess, for male and female, and for all other polarizations that flowed from that original split and fragmentation of the Oneself. With the ongoing integration of masculine and feminine energy within the soul of every person, you are now becoming ready to lay aside your control issues and take to the skies.
That which you have popularly defined and focused upon as "emotions" are often mere simulations of emotion. True, you are feeling something, but what? Sadness? Happiness? Anxiety? Confidence? Pity? And, when you feel it, isnīt it normally attached to something happening (or not happening) in the outer world? Isnīt it usually an effect rather than a cause?
Let us suggest to you a new definition for emotion. Stated simply, e-motion is ENERGY IN MOTION.
One of the usual results of old paradigm emotionality is an intensive focus upon a physical cirumstance and oneīs bodily reactions to it. Intensive focus tends to SLOW DOWN your flow of energy so that what is happening can be examined (and fixed, if need be). Or, in the case of emotions denied, the intensity (or rather, the potensity) of the energy is flash frozen and tucked away in some dark closet, to be dealt with another day (if ever).
This is NOT genuine emotion. It is just more preoccupation with control that has leapt into the sensory realm. You are sad, because something happened that you did not like. You are happy, because something came to you that you wanted. You are worried, because something might "get out of control," or you became angry, and it was you, yourself that got "out of control!"
Genuine e-motion flows gently, freely--- unhindered by the need or the desire for control. It simply is what it is. It also allows others to be what they are. Being unattached to outcomes, e-motion actually seems to move right through any obstacles, like a fog moving through a sleeping city.
Each and everyone of you has thousands upon thousands of e-motions going on within you at any one moment. However, most of you miss them because of the intensive body-based control issues that have been programmed into you. Do you wish to unblock those daily stalemates that are playing themselves out in your bodies and minds? All you have to do is shift your attention away from them for a moment and begin to focus upon the more subtle energies that have been flowing in and around you since the very beginning.
One must learn to focus upon what is moving, not what is BLOCKED. You must learn to read between the lines! What you focus upon is what gets perpetuated and energized. Blocked "feelings" were created to slow you down. They are self-imposed tethers that have been installed to keep you from advancing in your consciousness too quickly. You will never be able to solve them. And seeking to understand them, beyond what we just told you, is even more of a waste of time.
Whatever "understanding" you may require, concerning a genuine e-motion, will be given to you as you move along with it. It is as though you are a swimmer, hanging onto the fin of a dolphin, being pulled along in its wake. You feel what it feels, even as its thoughts become your thoughts. The ride is over when you begin trying to control this creature---or, when the dolphinīs agenda goes too far afield from your own core vibration.
The closest thing to genuine e-motion that many of you have experienced, is found in your response to art. Declaring that art is merely a "simulation of life," you create within yourself a place of clarity and softness that is highly responsive and wonderfully open to personal transformation. After it, this is only art, isnīt it? What harm can it do to suspend your disbelief, and let it have its way with you?
In this way, the "simulation" becomes the reality, even as what you call "reality" becomes more and more surreal. Look at the "normal" level of your mass consciousness today. Do you really believe that this is what you, as a soul, came here to do? Dealing properly with e-motion becomes an art unto itself. It begins with a decision to look away from what screams at you---from what demands that you react---opting instead to focus upon what sings to you and inspires you. Then, once your energy has cleared itself and become calm, you can deal with your world with new eyes and an open heart.
FEELING GOOD
Everyone in your society is focused upon the business of feeling "good." There are medications, meditations, workout protocols, and clubs. There are books, seminars, tapes, religions, classes, and all manner of other tools to assist in achieving this one critical task. You all want to feel "good." But what does "good" feel like? What are its inherent qualities?
Although there may be variable answers to this question, depending upon who is being asked, it is fairly certain that included at the top of the list of its attributes is the requirement that "it doesnīt hurt." Yes, that is very important to you, indeed! You do not wish to hurt!
The root of pain, in all its forms, is RESISTANCE. A woman is in labor, about to give birth. As the baby pushes to get out, her womb contracts. Push/pull, pull/push. Her mind wants to hold that baby in her arms, but her body doesnīt want to lose a part of itself into the world. In later years, the mother will cry out in pain again---as her "baby" leaves home to become an adult.
Resistance. Pain. It is a primal force that never seems to go away. We are here to assist you in this quest for inner serenity and meaning in your life. We want to help you feel better! However, before that can be fully achieved, you must understand a foundational principle of E-motion: LEARNING TO FEEL BETTER REQUIRES THAT YOU BECOME BETTER AT FEELING.
In order to properly relate to the various "energies in motion" that are occurring in and around your physical body, you must be able to notice each of them and to distinguish them upon the palette of your senses. The average soul is very dull in this regard. In fact, having spent little or no time reflecting upon the matter, a "normal" person might move right past any other attributes for "feeling good," to focus simply upon remaining pain free.
A masculine-dominant consciousness (one that majors in action and logic) does not want to be distracted by emotion---unless the emotions increase confidence, persistence, strength, or endurance. The unintegrated inner "male" is a hunter and a gatherer. He is all about achievement and action. The last thing he wishes to do is bog himself down with what seems like the "heavy burden" of feelings and emotion. Therefore, his e-motional body could probably be best described by one short word: NUMB.
NEUROLOGICAL SYMPTOMS
Among the primary symptoms of Global Transmutation that are being studied at this time are complaints dealing with energy surges in the body, tingling and numbness in the limbs and face, and neurological weakness and fatigue. Depression is another major component that is drawing lots of interest. After all, the emotional body has been repressed and anesthesized. Doesnīt it make sense that a large part of you would feel dead?
What sensation does a person have when he is getting a tooth filled---when his mouth has been injected with novocaine? And what does it feel like when the drug begins to wear off? Are you following what we are saying here, My Friends? You have been asleep---anesthesized. Now your "drug" is wearing off. The "empty palette" of your sensory discernment is coming alive, perhaps for the first time. There are strange sensations and weird perceptions of movement. Your energy is now in motion!
FOLLOWING THE ENERGY
To deal with this influx of awareness, you have been uniquely equipped with instincts and pre-dispositions that will automatically move you in the direction of your destiny. Also, an infusion of mental and perceptual "software" has been downloaded into your consciousness from the ethers. Once the correct emotional tones are running freely in your consciousness, they will activate the new software, and you will begin to transform quickly into the integrated consciousness that will guide you into the Fourth Dimension.
If you do not allow yourself the freedom to feel, your consciousness cannot access the software. Itīs a built in safeguard, to prevent the Oneself from activating anyone who is not integrated in his masculine and feminine energies. Have you ever heard of spontaneous combustion? Such is the fate of those who enter The Gate in a state of imbalance.
Those among you who are masculine dominant must learn to feel. Those among you who are feminine dominant must learn to think. There are as many operations going on in that latter regard as we are describing here in supporting emotion. The key is balance, and the time for balancing is now.
DISCERNING AND EXPERIENCING E-MOTION
If we have succeeded in establishing some curiosity in your mind, concerning this expanded view of emotion, then let us move forward to fill in the blanks. As we said, e-motion is that which moves. Your relationship to it is to watch it, learn from it, and---in many cases---to move with it.
If a feeling doesnīt move, or if it keeps you from moving---then it is a thought that has dressed itself in sensory qualities so that it can contain you. It has dressed itself up like "Grandma," so that Red Riding Hood will bestow confidence upon it and allow it to absorb her attention. Underneath that disguise there is a wicked intention. That thought---that obsession, really---wants to eat you up. And it will, too.......if you allow it to happen.
Your living thoughts and e-motions are entities unto themselves. Mostly, they are transient in nature. They move through you, arriving from or going to other destinations. They are as children at play. They have no consuming interest in you. In fact, they are nearly oblivious to the fact that you (as a separate entity) exist. Thatīs what makes them so dear. They have their obvious agendas, and they are assuming responsibility for realizing those goals. It is you who must become interested in them. They are your teachers, your guides.
Walk alongside them and ask them questions. If you find yourself getting bogged down with any one of them, quickly move on. Dealing with an e-motion is like playing catch with a hot potato. You keep the thing in the air and you donīt get burned. If you catch it and hold onto it, youīll end up swallowing it---that is, if it doesnīt swallow you, first! Afterwards, you feel "heavy" and dull.
During this process, try to avoid using the word "I" in conjunction with an e-motion. Rather than saying "I feel" or "I am feeling," it is better to simply say "There is a feeling within me......." and then describe what the e-motion appears to be. You must realize that there are many feelings within you. And they are all centered in their goals and approaches to life. They want what they want, and they are passing through you. They are not who you are.
If an energy-in-motion seems to hang on and show interest in you, then it isnīt an e-motion. Itīs an idea that has hacked into your system and has begun to run your computer by remote. At that point, you must log off and turn your focus elsewhere. You may need to look back to where you might have gotten this idea, and block transmissions from that point until the air gets cleared.
Watching your languaging around emotions can be a key element in discerning what is useful and what is not. If you are using the term "I want," then you are genuinely in motion about that subject. It has power and authority and a life of its own. If you are using terms like "Iīd like," or "I am attracted to......," then the signal is still viable, though it is quite a bit weaker. The words "I have to" can go either way. If they are natural by-products of "I want," then they may be useful as a means to an end. If they are not, they could be dangerous---as they be indicative of a thought that has gained control of you, through guilt or fear, and installed a virus that will suck on your power supply.
The phrase "I should" is lethal. Whenever those words come out of your mouth, consider it to be an alarm bell that is telling you to stop, and re-evaluate your whole relationship with that person, place, or goal. Your system has been hacked by an some Big Bad Wolf, and you are about to be served for lunch.
There are many other tools that we will share, as time goes by, concerning the proper balance between mental activity and feelings. Itīs all part of becoming fully conscious. As you do this, we will also assist you in abbreviating, coding, and filing these perceptions in such a way that you will not be overwhelmed.
However, in the meantime, go ahead----be overwhelmed. Your capacity for feeling is far more vast than you have ever realized. It may be uncomfortable at first, but only for awhile. After that, it will become the JOURNEY OF A LIFETIME!

Feelings became a deeper way of knowing, as women learned (probably from their children) to pay attention to signs and signals in people that logic tended to overlook.
To love something or someone in the same way you love yourself is to crack open a vault filled with personal power that cannot be measured or contained. Developing this quality comes easier to mothers, who spent a good deal of their time caring for and nurturing little beings who were once part of themselves. Thus, the "maternal instinct" became a seed that germinated into full-blown INTUITION.
Once women began to realize the potential of "female intuition," coupled with the power of their sexuality (which, in the Realm of the Goddess is considered a form of worship), they began using these elements to their advantage. Throw into the mix their obvious influence upon the hearts of children, and itīs not hard to understand why "the hand that rocks the cradle rules the world."
Interestingly enough, more and more men today are becoming inclined to rock that cradle. They are also spending more time listening to and observing women. As they relax their need to be admired, and to deny their own inner feminine, they are beginning to learn some deep lessons. This transformation in the male icon is your sign that Global Transmutation is upon you. Women striving to gain control (in society) is simply another reaction to outward circumstance. Though it has some temporary cathartic value for them, it is really the softening of male pride and aggression that will finally turn the tide of your planetary energy.
DE-LIBERATION
The drawback of control, whether it is masculine (overt) or feminine (covert) is the fact that it requires the controller to be deliberate in his or her methods. After all, if YOU are the one at the wheel of the car, then it is YOU who must decide. And, to become deliberate is to de-liberate yourself from the joy of being a child, of being free, of being receptive rather than the Initiator all the time.
Have you ever wondered if God gets tired of being in charge all the time? Is He ever weary of listening to your prayers, and carrying out all of the necessary operations to keep the world running? Probably not, since many of you have become accustomed to separating yourselves from Him, and bestowing upon Him all those powers and attributes which are afraid to possess.
Is it possible that the Creator, about Whose characteristics you have always attached the prefix "omni," might Himself enjoy the prospect of being created---by a Force that is expansive enough to enfold and encompass Him? Might He long to be initiated upon by a Higher Power so that He, too, can rest from deliberation and simply drift like a feather in the wind?
And who it is that gives birth to the Divine Mother? At whose breast does She suckle? Must the Source of all people and things forego the pleasure of being Sourced by something even larger than She?
ENERGY IN MOTION
With the voicing of these primal inquiries, we turn now to the RECONNECTION OF ALL THAT IS. This is the merge point for God and Goddess, for male and female, and for all other polarizations that flowed from that original split and fragmentation of the Oneself. With the ongoing integration of masculine and feminine energy within the soul of every person, you are now becoming ready to lay aside your control issues and take to the skies.
That which you have popularly defined and focused upon as "emotions" are often mere simulations of emotion. True, you are feeling something, but what? Sadness? Happiness? Anxiety? Confidence? Pity? And, when you feel it, isnīt it normally attached to something happening (or not happening) in the outer world? Isnīt it usually an effect rather than a cause?
Let us suggest to you a new definition for emotion. Stated simply, e-motion is ENERGY IN MOTION.
One of the usual results of old paradigm emotionality is an intensive focus upon a physical cirumstance and oneīs bodily reactions to it. Intensive focus tends to SLOW DOWN your flow of energy so that what is happening can be examined (and fixed, if need be). Or, in the case of emotions denied, the intensity (or rather, the potensity) of the energy is flash frozen and tucked away in some dark closet, to be dealt with another day (if ever).
This is NOT genuine emotion. It is just more preoccupation with control that has leapt into the sensory realm. You are sad, because something happened that you did not like. You are happy, because something came to you that you wanted. You are worried, because something might "get out of control," or you became angry, and it was you, yourself that got "out of control!"
Genuine e-motion flows gently, freely--- unhindered by the need or the desire for control. It simply is what it is. It also allows others to be what they are. Being unattached to outcomes, e-motion actually seems to move right through any obstacles, like a fog moving through a sleeping city.
Each and everyone of you has thousands upon thousands of e-motions going on within you at any one moment. However, most of you miss them because of the intensive body-based control issues that have been programmed into you. Do you wish to unblock those daily stalemates that are playing themselves out in your bodies and minds? All you have to do is shift your attention away from them for a moment and begin to focus upon the more subtle energies that have been flowing in and around you since the very beginning.
One must learn to focus upon what is moving, not what is BLOCKED. You must learn to read between the lines! What you focus upon is what gets perpetuated and energized. Blocked "feelings" were created to slow you down. They are self-imposed tethers that have been installed to keep you from advancing in your consciousness too quickly. You will never be able to solve them. And seeking to understand them, beyond what we just told you, is even more of a waste of time.
Whatever "understanding" you may require, concerning a genuine e-motion, will be given to you as you move along with it. It is as though you are a swimmer, hanging onto the fin of a dolphin, being pulled along in its wake. You feel what it feels, even as its thoughts become your thoughts. The ride is over when you begin trying to control this creature---or, when the dolphinīs agenda goes too far afield from your own core vibration.
The closest thing to genuine e-motion that many of you have experienced, is found in your response to art. Declaring that art is merely a "simulation of life," you create within yourself a place of clarity and softness that is highly responsive and wonderfully open to personal transformation. After it, this is only art, isnīt it? What harm can it do to suspend your disbelief, and let it have its way with you?
In this way, the "simulation" becomes the reality, even as what you call "reality" becomes more and more surreal. Look at the "normal" level of your mass consciousness today. Do you really believe that this is what you, as a soul, came here to do? Dealing properly with e-motion becomes an art unto itself. It begins with a decision to look away from what screams at you---from what demands that you react---opting instead to focus upon what sings to you and inspires you. Then, once your energy has cleared itself and become calm, you can deal with your world with new eyes and an open heart.
FEELING GOOD
Everyone in your society is focused upon the business of feeling "good." There are medications, meditations, workout protocols, and clubs. There are books, seminars, tapes, religions, classes, and all manner of other tools to assist in achieving this one critical task. You all want to feel "good." But what does "good" feel like? What are its inherent qualities?
Although there may be variable answers to this question, depending upon who is being asked, it is fairly certain that included at the top of the list of its attributes is the requirement that "it doesnīt hurt." Yes, that is very important to you, indeed! You do not wish to hurt!
The root of pain, in all its forms, is RESISTANCE. A woman is in labor, about to give birth. As the baby pushes to get out, her womb contracts. Push/pull, pull/push. Her mind wants to hold that baby in her arms, but her body doesnīt want to lose a part of itself into the world. In later years, the mother will cry out in pain again---as her "baby" leaves home to become an adult.
Resistance. Pain. It is a primal force that never seems to go away. We are here to assist you in this quest for inner serenity and meaning in your life. We want to help you feel better! However, before that can be fully achieved, you must understand a foundational principle of E-motion: LEARNING TO FEEL BETTER REQUIRES THAT YOU BECOME BETTER AT FEELING.
In order to properly relate to the various "energies in motion" that are occurring in and around your physical body, you must be able to notice each of them and to distinguish them upon the palette of your senses. The average soul is very dull in this regard. In fact, having spent little or no time reflecting upon the matter, a "normal" person might move right past any other attributes for "feeling good," to focus simply upon remaining pain free.
A masculine-dominant consciousness (one that majors in action and logic) does not want to be distracted by emotion---unless the emotions increase confidence, persistence, strength, or endurance. The unintegrated inner "male" is a hunter and a gatherer. He is all about achievement and action. The last thing he wishes to do is bog himself down with what seems like the "heavy burden" of feelings and emotion. Therefore, his e-motional body could probably be best described by one short word: NUMB.
NEUROLOGICAL SYMPTOMS
Among the primary symptoms of Global Transmutation that are being studied at this time are complaints dealing with energy surges in the body, tingling and numbness in the limbs and face, and neurological weakness and fatigue. Depression is another major component that is drawing lots of interest. After all, the emotional body has been repressed and anesthesized. Doesnīt it make sense that a large part of you would feel dead?
What sensation does a person have when he is getting a tooth filled---when his mouth has been injected with novocaine? And what does it feel like when the drug begins to wear off? Are you following what we are saying here, My Friends? You have been asleep---anesthesized. Now your "drug" is wearing off. The "empty palette" of your sensory discernment is coming alive, perhaps for the first time. There are strange sensations and weird perceptions of movement. Your energy is now in motion!
FOLLOWING THE ENERGY
To deal with this influx of awareness, you have been uniquely equipped with instincts and pre-dispositions that will automatically move you in the direction of your destiny. Also, an infusion of mental and perceptual "software" has been downloaded into your consciousness from the ethers. Once the correct emotional tones are running freely in your consciousness, they will activate the new software, and you will begin to transform quickly into the integrated consciousness that will guide you into the Fourth Dimension.
If you do not allow yourself the freedom to feel, your consciousness cannot access the software. Itīs a built in safeguard, to prevent the Oneself from activating anyone who is not integrated in his masculine and feminine energies. Have you ever heard of spontaneous combustion? Such is the fate of those who enter The Gate in a state of imbalance.
Those among you who are masculine dominant must learn to feel. Those among you who are feminine dominant must learn to think. There are as many operations going on in that latter regard as we are describing here in supporting emotion. The key is balance, and the time for balancing is now.
DISCERNING AND EXPERIENCING E-MOTION
If we have succeeded in establishing some curiosity in your mind, concerning this expanded view of emotion, then let us move forward to fill in the blanks. As we said, e-motion is that which moves. Your relationship to it is to watch it, learn from it, and---in many cases---to move with it.
If a feeling doesnīt move, or if it keeps you from moving---then it is a thought that has dressed itself in sensory qualities so that it can contain you. It has dressed itself up like "Grandma," so that Red Riding Hood will bestow confidence upon it and allow it to absorb her attention. Underneath that disguise there is a wicked intention. That thought---that obsession, really---wants to eat you up. And it will, too.......if you allow it to happen.
Your living thoughts and e-motions are entities unto themselves. Mostly, they are transient in nature. They move through you, arriving from or going to other destinations. They are as children at play. They have no consuming interest in you. In fact, they are nearly oblivious to the fact that you (as a separate entity) exist. Thatīs what makes them so dear. They have their obvious agendas, and they are assuming responsibility for realizing those goals. It is you who must become interested in them. They are your teachers, your guides.
Walk alongside them and ask them questions. If you find yourself getting bogged down with any one of them, quickly move on. Dealing with an e-motion is like playing catch with a hot potato. You keep the thing in the air and you donīt get burned. If you catch it and hold onto it, youīll end up swallowing it---that is, if it doesnīt swallow you, first! Afterwards, you feel "heavy" and dull.
During this process, try to avoid using the word "I" in conjunction with an e-motion. Rather than saying "I feel" or "I am feeling," it is better to simply say "There is a feeling within me......." and then describe what the e-motion appears to be. You must realize that there are many feelings within you. And they are all centered in their goals and approaches to life. They want what they want, and they are passing through you. They are not who you are.
If an energy-in-motion seems to hang on and show interest in you, then it isnīt an e-motion. Itīs an idea that has hacked into your system and has begun to run your computer by remote. At that point, you must log off and turn your focus elsewhere. You may need to look back to where you might have gotten this idea, and block transmissions from that point until the air gets cleared.
Watching your languaging around emotions can be a key element in discerning what is useful and what is not. If you are using the term "I want," then you are genuinely in motion about that subject. It has power and authority and a life of its own. If you are using terms like "Iīd like," or "I am attracted to......," then the signal is still viable, though it is quite a bit weaker. The words "I have to" can go either way. If they are natural by-products of "I want," then they may be useful as a means to an end. If they are not, they could be dangerous---as they be indicative of a thought that has gained control of you, through guilt or fear, and installed a virus that will suck on your power supply.
The phrase "I should" is lethal. Whenever those words come out of your mouth, consider it to be an alarm bell that is telling you to stop, and re-evaluate your whole relationship with that person, place, or goal. Your system has been hacked by an some Big Bad Wolf, and you are about to be served for lunch.
There are many other tools that we will share, as time goes by, concerning the proper balance between mental activity and feelings. Itīs all part of becoming fully conscious. As you do this, we will also assist you in abbreviating, coding, and filing these perceptions in such a way that you will not be overwhelmed.
However, in the meantime, go ahead----be overwhelmed. Your capacity for feeling is far more vast than you have ever realized. It may be uncomfortable at first, but only for awhile. After that, it will become the JOURNEY OF A LIFETIME!

Can anyone say that they do not sense how much time has speeded up? Here you are, a third of the year through already, yet I am sure it hardly seems a month or two since your New Year started. The higher the vibrations go; the movement of time will go even faster. Is it no wonder that people have a feeling that there is not enough time to each day to carry out their obligations?
Time is a straight line and you set a goal in your sights, and you head for it. You might drop off the line and divert your attention to something else, but it is always possible to get back onto the original path. Humans tend to be easily distracted, and find it hard to concentrate for any length of time. This is a discipline that is essential to achieving success, and applies all round. In the higher realms it is not as difficult, as you will be able to manifest whatever it is that you desire through the power of thought. It requires little concentration or focus, as the result is immediate.
Even in what you may describe as the realms just above Earth, the souls there can bring things into existence by thought. If you are below the Earths vibration into what you call the Lower Astral regions, matter falls apart more easily, and it is virtually impossible to successfully use the power of thought. Now, what of you who read this message, because you will reason that you too must have some measure of power to bring the focus of your thoughts into being. This is so, and some individuals have proven this to be the case. Generally however, you do not have the power to affect immediate manifestation. But place you in a group, where all concentrate on their objective and the power is magnified tenfold.
We often tell you of the power generated when numbers of people come together, and I am sure many of you have experienced this in meditation or healing groups. As the vibrations of Earth are ever increasing, so the individual power that you have will also increase. Soon, you will hear of instant healing that will seem miraculous, and it will not just be isolated cases. Self healing is also more likely, although this requires a great belief in your own ability and constant attention to the healing process. You are growing in self power all of the time, and these are the first signs of the changes that are affecting everyone.
Think of how you conduct experiments that divide people into two groups, one group is given some form of medicinal or drug treatment, the other one a placebo. Do you know that the placebos are nearly as effective as the medicine or drug? There is no, other conclusion than that the power of suggestion is capable of great things. People are self healing because of their power of thought, so there is no reason why it should not be effective in other circumstances. It comes down to faith or belief, and there is really no limit to what you will eventually be able to achieve.
Dear Ones, start to have that belief in your own ability, try healing yourself, and be in charge of your body. Every cell of your body has a consciousness and they respond to your thoughts. Tell your body how wonderful it is, love it and thank it for carrying you around. Expect results and do not be put off, it may take time but eventually you will make a difference. Equally, give your body a sporting chance to help you and look after it and respect it.
Look at the power of thought another way, how if you express negative thoughts they are also going to manifest a result. How many of you tell your body you dislike it, or that it is never going to get better from an illness or disablement. By doing this you actually strengthen the condition and you are simply confirming it, and so be it. Think also when you express negative thoughts against another wishing them harm. It is another energy that has to find a home, and you are creating Karma for yourself by such actions. Realize that if such negativity is directed to a person of Light, it will not harm them but simply return to the source from where it came.
Now, ask yourself how you can help speed up the changes upon Earth, how you can contribute to the energies of change. It is simple my Dear Ones, you visualize the result and help manifest it, and you will be adding your energy to the great pool of energy that already exists. It is a thoughtform that has the power to bring itself into being, and it will enable whatever expression it is to do so. Let me give an example, after the First World War ended, the German people still harbored thoughts of world domination. These were so strong that they brought another leader to the forefront, who could continue the war that never really ended. Hence, you had World War Two, and the thoughtform was able to work itself out.
Lets come back to the present day, and imagine the different thoughtforms that exist. There is one that dominates the dark side, and is for world domination, and another that is for your liberation, freedom and Ascension. Each one is fighting for supremacy, yet in reality the dark cannot win as the Light is always the superior force. You can help to transmute the dark by adding your Light to what already exists, and a simple daily prayer or thought for good will suffice. You would not expect to do this by sending more dark energies to those that already exist. This is why you must avoid being negative when addressing the actions of the dark. Send Light all of the time, and enfold each person in the dark with a cocoon of Light. If you can, tell them you love them, recognize their divinity and Light spark within and they will eventually accept the Light.
I am St. Germain, and tell you that you are on the way to great times, and the changes are beginning to come in and will soon manifest. There will never be going back to the old ways, they are already of a different era, and so they shall be consigned to history once and for all. The Light shines out from Earth like a glorious Sun, announcing to the Universe that you are becoming Lighted Beings once again.

About the fourth dimension:
" Till we will arrive in the 5th dimension, people will feel the constant challenges by these unseen forces."
The Fourth Dimension is in the vibration range of twenty to twenty eight frequencies. This is the most challenging as one battles with the dark forces of our attachments of the third dimension. It is in the fourth dimension that transmutes all into light.
The Earth itself is moving through this dimension. Itīs path will be through the precession of the Equinoxes. It will anchor itself eventually in the Fifth Dimension. Till then people will feel the constant challenges by these unseen forces.
There is another variable of TIME added to this dimension. Time is an extension of the past and future. Time is defined as dependent on matter. Einstein referred to time as the Fourth Dimension. In his theory of relativity, to determine a location in space one requires t four coordinates. Length, width, depth and time. This dimension is the time and space continuum.
Time awakens our memories of what we are. In dimensions higher than the Third Dimension, one can travel into time, moving into past lives and then forward into the future. In other words, we can return again and again in a cyclical pattern. This process is a spiral which goes upward and onward in a never ending path.
Spirals are circular patterns with the dimension of time added. Life evolves in a spiral motion through all the dimensions. The lower kingdoms of mineral, animal support and sustain the higher ones, Allowing Evolution.
This dimension is the vibration that begins to open the heart. It is possible through vibrations that resonate higher than the physical.
This is a dimension that demands that we learn to clear the emotional debris before we exit from its frequency. The higher vibrations of the Fourth Dimension give us experiences that require us to choose life styles and behaviors that are different from those which were in the past.
Challenges will present themselves in which one battles with old mind conditioning and work through the new experiences.
The feeling of duality still persists in this dimension. One continue to see things as good/evil, male/female, and light/ dark all carry-overs from the Third Dimension. Upon entering this consciousness, people strive to work through their personal baggage and to solve problems related to duality. It must be experienced in order to achieve higher consciousness.
Slowly, the understanding of Oneness comes into oneīs consciousness. This new knowledge and increased Light, solve many problems. A hunger for more knowledge is aroused. A person either chooses truth and enlightenment or remain in the third dimensional realities of duality, rebirth, and suffering.
This is difficult for most people, because choosing higher consciousness and realities, Requires Change.

Hi everyone. Hatonn has a brief update today, regards the NESARA activities. I am working on another more regular message, in which Sananda will have some comments. I am taking tomorrow (Sunday) off, and will finish the message on Monday or Tuesday. Many are wanting more frequent messages. Understand that it is a waste of time to continually put out updates on NESARA, when each must basically say, another problem solved, a day closer.
I had hoped at one time to do a message every two days, but find myself unable to do so, so I need to quite suggesting that I might do this. I have no intention of going away, so please accept that I will put up messages as I compose them. I also have an elderly relative, that I may have to attend for a brief time down the line. Should I need to leave, I will put out a message prior to leaving. In that situation, I will not have a computer to work from. So now, letīs go to Hatonn.
Hatonn: April 30, Hatonn message
My Dearest Readers, It is I, Hatonn, (aka Christ Michael), and I come today to give you another update on the situation with getting NESARA announced. We recently had an event with the finding of a couple of very destructive bombs. These are of a more advanced nature than your scientists are capable of. These are obviously of off world origin.
As a result, we are taking custody of several underground USA facilities, in order to more thoroughly search these areas. We must have absolute safety of the worldīs peoples before announcing NESARA, in the USA. This should take only a few days to accomplish. We have greatly increased personnel in these ventures. The good news is that the banking issues with the prosperity programs are totally under our control, and canīt be further messed with.
One of the bombs was to be used in Peru. The other was attached to your recent launching of the Titan rocket, that was told of on your news. You were told it had a military payload. Indeed it did. You heard of recently, that the shuttle launches had been grounded until summer, on the grounds of weather issues. They are grounded, so they canīt be used for nefarious plans.
Understand that the Titan launch was not a threat whatsoever to you. They hoped to take out a command ship of ours. It is most easy for us to interfere in this launching, and there was no risk to ourselves either.
We announced the April 15 date for NESARA, as it was important to have a firm date to work from. It is difficult to bring anything into fruition without a deadline in front of one. By announcing a timing, we also created a deadline for our BBB&Gs. It was time for a final engagement.
Admittedly, the final engagement has taken longer than we hoped, but in the waiting, we force their hand and their games, and we solve the problems. NESARA must be a positive event. We cannot risk major war and weapons issues occurring shortly after announcement. We do believe that the dark are very close to using up all their options.
On Thursday night, the United States citizens got to observe their President, making an idiot out of himself. Some of you were not happy, as the mail reflects about this event. This is to our advantage, that this man made an idiot of himself. It will help Americans further accept his removal. We have a more recent film made, of this man and Mr. Cheney resigning. It would be difficult for Americans to observe an actual arrest, which it appears is going to happen at any rate. With the announcement, it will be shown that he resigned his office.
I know it has been 2 weeks now, since April 15th, and you are on edge. As we said earlier, the announcement period goes on continuously, we are not pulling away, and starting over. I would also like to mention, there are many on the announcement team. Not only the ones doing the teaching, but the backup support from the TV stations involved. All these people cannot be held in a hotel indefinitely. Most work in various locations around the country, and each time a serious attempt at announcement is made, they have to return to Washington, DC. Yes, the announcement is planned to come from that capital city.
We should be able to contain these underground areas rapidly. It is being done as I speak, in fact started 3 days ago. When we are comfortable with the results, we will again bring the announcement team to Washington. Rest for a few days, and not be hanging on for another announcement from us. I know that many of you check your websites each day. Candace, after a period of not hearing from us, it seems to be around 3 days, gets mail saying, "where are you, we miss you." We have gone nowhere, we are still at work.
It takes Candace a full days work to take channeling, clean up her typos, and write out any of her own contributions to the messages. In the meantime, she works the mail, often giving long and detailed answers to questions. On days of writing, she cannot attend the mail, and gets further behind. While you would like to hear something every other day, this puts undo strain upon her.
She would like to write more, but working the email is most important also. I remind you, she does this by herself without any personal help. She is undergoing medical treatment rather frequently, to prepare her body for more intensive work over the next several months. She needs the healing time.
Being beamed to ship for treatments is taxing to earth bodies, causing at times symptoms such as nausea, tremor and shaking, that persist for several hours upon return. We had planned this work for this time, as we assumed we would be post NESARA and she could take a little break before beginning more intense work. She continues to struggle with the mail regardless how she feels, she is dedicated to this event.
We saw some angry letters, and communication circulating amongst some of you, and probably initiated by dark people trying to discourage the light workers. There were several complaints about our choosing Candace to be the only channel of our work. Excuse me, but whom I use for my channel is my business.
Candace is far more than just a channel. She is a working, planning member of the Second Coming Event team. She is involved in meetings with us frequently, such as time spent today, talking about how to bring this message in an effective manner. You do not need to use your discernment, as is being so widely stated, in these messages. We took the discernment part away, by only using one person at this time. Candace is receiving letters, taking of her time, again asking if something posted on the Internet is from the real Hatonn or Sananda Immanuel. If it is not through Candace, in these messages, it is not from us, period.
Continue to try to be in peace. Actually, it is better not to "try." Do be in peace. We are not going away. We shall see the mission accomplished. Write Candace intelligent questions, she gets many of them, but do not waste her time with any more of the above mentioned issues, of correct channels, and asking and begging for interference.
I am very well aware that many of you suffer from financial difficulties, and from physical illnesses, and are awaiting help. But if we play our hand incorrectly, we will have problems beyond your comprehension. I am advising Candace to simply delete the mail, and put rejecting of addresses into her system of those that continue to repeatedly beg and harass her. This is most uncalled for, and I advise her to use her own discernment of those that send her rude and complicating messages. She need not answer them.
I think it is now time to return to the duties at hand. There are many. Again, put yourself into peace with the process, and allow it to happen. Christ Michael, (aka Hatonn) at your service.
Candace: In a recent message I mentioned I had some surgery. I did get more behind with the mail, for a couple days after this procedure. This was done on ship, and I return every 3 or 4 days for a tune up. The mail has been more difficult, since our last message. There are many BBB&Gīs, pretending of the light, putting out very conflicting material to their lists and discussion groups. Anything, from the one called Ahn, is not true, period. Any material that states the Christ energy would only come in love, is a total falsehood. Love does not remove our BBB&Gīs. Others had stated that the Masters, are beyond error. They are not. One in never totally perfect.
We have said in an older message, that Sananda himself said he was not perfect, and that Christ Michael is still in learning mode. Christ Michael is actively involved in this project, and in the affairs of our Universe. Universes are not perfect. Many ask why God just canīt wave some sort of magic wand, they canīt understand the problems at hand. We have been pretty specific about the problems, and the issues of awaiting the proper times for various events.
You asked for periodic reports with details. They have been provided by the request of our readers. And still I receive letters begging for interference, that would not be proper and would create bigger problems. Recently, Hatonn suggested that you send your solutions and advice straight to him, and not through me. We are not able to see all of the bigger picture from our location.
I myself do not want to see war activities of consequence from the lack of judgment. Use the waiting time to dream of ideas and plans, rather than acquire an ulcer. The major point of doing these messages in the first place, was to awaken you to the new possibilities coming, to awaken you to your skills you have, and to awaken your efforts in making the coming changes easier for mankind, who is in ignorance.
We did not have to do any sort of public announcement of the Second Coming. This is a gift to the world, and the world will benefit from your light, from this knowledge. Hatonn discussed the void, or balancing of the light and dark, as necessary to the success of the Second Coming. By announcing the Second Coming event, we increased the light, to create the needed balance. In this manner, there has been great success.
Many lightworkers have written of being disillusioned and ready to give up hope. As a result of these messages, your hope has been restored, and not only just restored, but you are dreaming in a bigger way than you thought possible before. You dream of being a messiah! You are looking for ways to be more, these messages have encouraged you to be more than you are. There is a song, that many of you have heard of by Secret Garden, from their album "Once in a Red Moon" It is called "You Raise Me Up." I am going to type up three of the verses from this most motivating song, in ending to this message.
