Not only the opinions of skeptics who never look at every argument and piece of information (then "skeptics" in the bad sense of the term). In two words, Eric Julien joined The Exopolitics Institute, invited by Michael Salla, as Director in July 2005, but, to be more precise, as a prominent contactee who wrote "The Science of Extraterrestrials" - the best scientific explanation to date for the UFOs and paranormal activities - and organized the World ET Referendum "Do You Wish That We Show Up ?" that is now, seven years after its first launch in September 2003, the most important ET message known in the world with more than 20 translations and close to 300,000 google links just in English.

You could think that this message is just a human text, but the thing is that it just asks each of us to answer to this question with one's mind (telepathically), with no human organization behind this message. The thing is that this message has become a reference, like his book in four languages (English, French, Spanish, Chinese), the most important ones on the planet .

When Salla created his Exopolitical Institute, he wanted to create three poles : political studies (himself), exopolitical activism (Ed Komarek, co-organizer of the "Right to Know" Operation in D.C.), and the ET voice (Eric Julien). As you can see, well before Hasting's book about "UFOs and Nukes", Eric Julien knew the link between UFOs sightings and atomic bombs, and more importantly, he EXPLAINED IT with the fractal nature of the time. When a nuclear bomb explodes, it transfers time quanta from the "quantum vaccum" (spiritual world where ETs and departed are most of their time) to the material world. Now, with this in mind, when the benevolent ETs sent the May 25th, 2006, Tsunami Alert, on April 7th, 2006, at the very moment when Julien and Salla where meditating together (with Eve Marchal, but WITHOUT Angelika Whitecliff, Salla's wife) on the Sheraton Hotel golf park in Kona, HI, this experience, involving comet fragments hitting the Atlantic ocean and creating a giant tsunami according to a previous vision of Julien, was transmitted directly to Salla by Julien without delay.

When, after some google search, Julien told Salla the very day after that 1) there was a MYSTERIOUSLY FRAMENTED comet called SW3-73P coming in May 2006, and that 2) this comet had to cross the ecliptic plane of the Earth precisely ON MAY 25th, 2006, Salla, impressed, told him that there was public discussions about the Divine Strake test . This test was a simulation of a nuclear bunker penetrator to come in Nevada end of June 2006. Knowing that ETs could openly interfere with humans only if they start a nuclear war (see why above), purpose of the Divine Strake test against Iran (!) (in 2006, this option of a preemptive nuclear war was extremely serious), it became obvious for Julien, who got a confirmation later through another ET contact, that the tsunami alert was conditionnal to the test, first step of a possible nuclear war ! Julien said several times that it's a thing to neutralize once a nuclear missiles silo, it's another thing to erase every nuclear weapon on the Earth surface. It's not the same scale, nor the same kind of interference. So, the Salla's assumptions about the way ETs would react to a possible nuclear war were mere uninformed guesses, NOT A REAL ANALYSIS !

That's where is the big gap between exopoliticians and real contactees.

When Julien saw the kind of guy Salla really was, he immediatly resigned from Exopolitics Institute (not the opposite as stated by Salla). He even refused to participate, despite the insistance of Salla before his door, to the coming ET conference (about "peace with ETs", what a joke from Salla) Salla organized in Big Island, Hawaii, for June 2006 and where Julien had to make a lecture according to the program.

So, when the benevolent ETs said to Julien that 1) there was a risk of giant tsunami on May 25th, 2006, and 2) that tsunami would be provoked by hostile ETs who have no compassion for an irresponsible human civilization (so, not the ones in touch with Julien), Julien got no options but to warn everyone concerned on the Atlantic coasts , spending $15,000 from his own pockets (!) to do it, because "theory never saves men" (he talked about his book and explanations about the dangers of nuclear weapons for ETs and departed), "just action do it" : better "saved" than sorry...

The most important thing is the result : no WWIII in 2006. So, no giant tsunami since Divine Strake was cancelled. NO CASUALTIES ! Maybe some fear (but, with every piece of advice given by Julien, the people were supposed to go to safe places, not to panic), but surely no victims.

Anyway, you must keep in mind that the destruction of simple physical bodies (vehicles) is better than the destruction of spiritual bodies, i.e. the souls (conscious), that nuclear weapons make to the victims in the atomic explosion area. So, from the ETs stand point, the "bad" (physical body death) is better than the "worst" (spiritual body death). Since the beginning of humanity there were billions of deads, but only thousands of mere full soul disappearances in Nagazaki and Hiroshima, after which the UFOs era really began.

So, far from being the fearmonger described by the "iron skeptics", after being "named" for a Nobel Prize of Physics for "The Science of Extraterrestrials" by Michel Carmassi (Phd in Physics) in his comment of the book, Julien could also be "named" for a Nobel Prize of Peace for his double action (the World ET Referendum Message and the Conditionnal Tsunami Alert on May 25th, 2006 !). Thinking the right way could help us not to end in a massive collective destruction path !

But the world war could start in the next coming months. That's why there is no condition for the next Julien's prediction : a nuclear catastrophe close to Chattanooga in the coming days or weeks according to Julien ! But maybe this catastrophe could occur somewhere else, close to the new Julien's location from which he, and Eve Marchal, must be saved from.

"The Science of Extraterrestrials" is like a Navy Carrier. It's the ground from which many ships are able to take off. Eric Julien also wrote "Enfants des Etoiles" after this book. Its enhanced version for FREE is "Les Messagers" in 2+1 volumes. I gave the links above. If you properly analyse the book you will see that it ends the eternal question between ETH vs UHT ! Then, it explains every "supernatural" occurrence of every religious book or UFO / paranormal questions. I really don't understand how people can discuss subjects when the question has been answered so beautifully.

So, do not focus on the time nature (even if it's extraordinary on first glance) because the time nature is the "hows" (the means of phenomena to occur), not (all) the "whys" of the religions. The "whys" are in the second book of Julien ("Les Messagers"), and partially in my answer above (from Julien's material). That's why it would be good if someone could translate "Les Messagers" into English.

For me Julien is a real one. He solves, in his book "The Science of Extraterrestrials", the matters you are all talking about, i.e. the validity of BOTH the ETH / UTH (he explains why the actual state-of-the-art of the human science is not enough developed to completly grasp the science of ETs, and then what are the real answers).

Regarding Source A, Julien was one of the very first who said that this story was false and, at the very best, it could be an intel ops, in May 2008 on OMF. When OMF "elites" say that RT has been freed by the FBI, it reminds me the Julien's story. It lets another hypothesis about WHY RT is still free to walk. The reason could simply be KNOWING WHAT RT IS DOING...AND FOR WHO ! The FBI could want to FOLLOW RT's ACTIVITIES, possibly an intel ops. Everyone knows the war between CIA and FBI.

Julien received the visit at home of two FBI agents on December 28th, 2008, after having warned the OMF, mid-december 2008, that a nuclear catastrophe could occur (through a clue : see below) at the Sequoia Nuclear Power Plant, close to Chattanooga. These agents came to see Julien due to an anonymous call from an OMF MEMBER ! (dixit the FBI).

Julien used two clues : 1) Skull Island and 2) I won't see 2009. In the link above, I said that the second clue would mean the year 2010 (instead of 2008) since this is the personified catastrophe that would say this (I won't see 2009). But the first clue (Skull Island) meant the small island on the Tennessee river called "Skull Island", 200 yards from the nuclear power plant.

One of the main and first question to Julien from the FBI was : "do you have contact with ANY INTEL AGENT ?". Since the Julien's visa expired on December 26th, 2008, i.e. 2 days before the visit, the FBI, who asks him his visa and passport on that date of Dec.28th, 2008,to check them, could have "picked him up" for deportation ! No, they didn't do anything against him. On the contrary, they let him free and added "you have nothing to be afraid of" according to Julien (if you see what I mean regarding RT).

The thing is that Julien's has been "followed" by the same FBI agents who came twice (May and September 2009) around, asking (behind Julien's back) the landlord what Julien was doing ! So, they didn't care about his possible deportation months after the expiration of his visa (!), but they wanted to know what he was doing.

Julien left USA (and his hotel in Ringgold, GA) Saturday May 1st, 2010, by plane to France, but thought that ETs could have got him on board a spaceship the last days before taking this plane, as he always stated in different French public letters. What happened before he left ? As I stated, from a Navy Warfare Center, the Special Requirement Communications Division team came during a week, until he left, in a hotel next (100 m) to his, with a bunch of technical dark blue vehicles with a radar antena and special communications devices. Julien sent photos of these vehicles to selected people.

We can imagine that this is the same kind of thing (FBI behavior) for RT (Source A), but with a lower interest since he is probably a simple fraud. They don't really care about his Stolen Valor thing, but what he really is and does, which doesn't mean that he is an Intel Agent ! Maybe they need more evidences and "wrong doings" to send him to jail.

Julien is NOT an intel agent but someone who has something to tell. Knowing what he has already "proved" from his ETs contacts (the "Do You Wish That We Show Up ?" message, "The Science of Extraterrestrials" book and the "May 25th, 2006, Conditional Tsunami Alert"), the next step should be coming next...

So, in two words, RT is NOT a real one. Julien is.

1) his boarding with Eve Marchal in an extraterrestrial ship in the coming days, his coming back in a new body and identity on Earth with an ET technology and a hard evidence of the ET existence,

2) a nuclear catastrophe, possibly at Chattanooga, or somewhere else, probably before end of November related to a coming world war (a nuclear war ?), as a new warning against the use of nuclear weapons.

These two steps are related to the coming Ascension Event which has to last several years for a reduced number of people on the planet. This Ascension consists in the rescue of human beings (boarding in a ship and a body change) by other off-world human beings, helped by other species from out there. So, the World ET Referendum "Do You Wish That We Show Up ?" is still available, but, this time, at a very personal level...

EDIT : At the present time, it is not clear whether the nuclear catastrophe would be an inside job or a warning of a natural catastrophe from ETs to back up Julien's story, or both !

Eve Marchal saw in a vision, she described to two FBI Agents from Georgia, that a very large radioactive cloud, reported on the news by an anchor (a woman), would go from the Chattanooga area to the south-east of Georgia, i.e. close to Jacksonville. As a matter of fact, the FBI of Atlanta is involved in the mock drill we are talking about. In the vision the whole Chattanooga area was evacuated, espacially in the South. No more life was present in that area (even animals since the horses were intentionnally killed to avoid the spreading of radioactivity).

In another vision, 4 nuclear towers were bombed by 4 military airplanes at night and some civilian witnesses were murdered by special agents around the area of the impact.

It could mean that several nuclear power plants would be attacked in the same time, and that time could really be before November 14th since, according a bunch of infos they received from benevolent ETs, the time is now ("when a Sunday will have the time between 1h and 2h shorter (briefing) the Event will be very close!", which is the case tomorrow), within two or three days. In relation with the Simpson vid, I believe that the explosion could happen on November 7th, 2010, at 6.55 PM because the vision of Eric Julien with the four military aircrafts attacking four nuclear towers in the same time (is it four different locations ? The thing is that only two towers were destroyed) said that it would happen the 139th hour. For a reason I can't explain here, this countdown started on November 2nd, 2010. It means that the Event has to occur on Sunday November 7th, 2010, between 6 PM and 7 PM EST. Eric Julien lived in Fort Oglethorpe, GA, when he got this vision.

So, 6.55 PM on Sunday 7th, 2010, is possible.

Has anyone noticed that the interrupted countdown "5-4" in the Simpson vid could mean 54 days remaining until this end of the year. This day is today, November 7th, 2010.

Notice that once this day has past we enter the 45th week of the year 2010. Since they count backward it means "54" weeks !

In another hand, the clock indicates 5:55 but since today is the day to "FALL BACK" the time ONE HOUR it could then mean that the D-Day is indeed 11-7, not 11-6 ! FALL BACK ? Like a bomb FALLs to get us BACK on time on (large terrorist attack) 911 ?

So, a detonation at the Sequoia Nuclear Power Plant (Chattanooga, TN, close to the North-West border of Georgia) will create a radioactive cloud which will affect the South-East of Georgia until the coast, close to Jacksonville and Savannah.

No, there wouldn't be a nuclear blast as we can see with a nuclear bomb. According to Julien, the bomb (or whatever could fall or be involved) could be conventionnal. But the explosion will create 1) a shock wave destroying the surroundings, and 2) the air contamination in a very large cloud. As I see it, it could provoke the wish for the Allies to do the same to the nuclear power plants of Iran which could be named as terrorist country.

Regarding the Simpsons video, we could think that the "secret" message behind it is the date 11-11-10 for the Event to occur.

First, the countdown "5-4" indicates the day from which the real countdown starts (they let the public to go on with the countdown). When they say that they can't wait, it could mean that the TPTB can't wait for Iran to get the nuclear weapon, or the politicians to decide to go to war. So, they create the reason, like Pearl Harbor.

This day was Sunday November 7th, 2010, thanks to this two nuclear power plants failures in New York and Vermont which occured that Sunday (as predicted by Julien). So, you have to count then : 3 for Monday, 2 for Tuesday, 1 for Wednesday and 0 for Thursday, i.e. 11-11-10 !

Since Sunday was the "FALL BACK" day ("Spring forward, Fall back") due to the change of the clock for the daylight savings time (2:00 became 1:00), it means that 1) 5:55 of the Simpsons clock became 6:55, i.e. 11-7, and 2) in the Roman Calendar, November is the 9th month of the year, as if they wanted to point out that the New Roman Empire - USA - is going to FALL that D-Day (11-11-10) like BACK in the history milleniums ago...to better push the NWO.

In relation with the Simpson vid, I believe that the explosion could happen on November 7th, 2010, at 6.55 PM because the vision of Eric Julien with the four military aircrafts attacking four nuclear towers in the same time (is it four different locations ? The thing is that only two towers were destroyed) said that it would happen the 139th hour. For a reason I can't explain here, this countdown started on November 2nd, 2010. It means that the Event has to occur on Sunday November 7th, 2010, between 6 PM and 7 PM EST. Eric Julien lived in Fort Oglethorpe, GA, when he got this vision.

So, 6.55 PM on Sunday 7th, 2010, is possible.[unquote]



What I didn't said is that Julien's vision showed, among the four nuclear towers, one tower with only a hole, and the other had got an explosion.

Well we have identified the two nuclear failures in NYC and Vermont on Sunday November 7th. There were a transformer explosion (explosion) in NYC and a leak (hole) in Vermont. That's a WOW !

Note that the 139th hour means 5 days and 19 hours. So, from Tuesday 2nd + 5 days 19 hours, it is then Sunday 7th. The thing is that 19 o'clock (or 7 PM) is very close to 6:55 (in the Simpson vid where you need to add an hour for the daylight savings time), i.e. 11-7. Therefore, there is no coincidence !

Let's go back to my stance.

It remained the two other nuclear towers without any damage in the Julien's vision, even if they were overflew by military aircrafts in the vision.

Suddenly, yesterday night, I understood that these two towers and the military represented the two nuclear drills in Maryland and Georgia the same day (and the same period of time), on SUNDAY November 7th, 2010, in the same time, as indicated by Julien's vision, of the two nuclear failures.

So, we have 4 different events the same day predicted months ago (october 2009). Two virtual attacks + two real incidents.

There is a probability so null to predict them for the same date, based on chance, that it sends us a BIG WARNING about the rest of the prediction : 1) the coming nuclear catastrophe North of Georgia / South-East of Tennessee, and 2) THE ASCENSION of the TWO PEOPLE, i.e. Eric Julien and Eve Marchal in November 2010. Could they be the TWO WITNESSES of the Scriptures who are supposed to ascend (before the Church?) and then come back to prophetize for 3,5 years ?
