I repeat GARGLE. Do not swallow or rinse with it. It's very hot (spicy), but if you limit it to the back of your throat it will help tremendously with phlegm in the larynx. Mucinex and Hall's cough drops are good too. |

Paul Stamets in the USA makes his own blends of medicinal mushroom tinctures. Available to buy woldwide. He is the most advanced in the nutritional knowledge of fungi. I just discovered their uses and this guy was on an internet radio interview. He's worth google-in' Echinacea tincture also boosts immunity aswell as being antiseptic. Cheaper than chaga and more easily available - good for mild flu symptoms. Try to include immune boosting foods in your diet so that you are more mucousless. Any food considered to be 'acidic' on a ash P.H. chart is generally also mucous-forming food. Alkaline foods being therefore mucousless. Arnold Ehret is a good author to seek out who pioneered the PH awareness of food in the west. He treated thousands of people with ranging illnesses using this method. All disease whether a mere cold or arthritis can be attributed to an over-acid diet. So eat Alkaline foods as much as you can for a while until you feel the symptoms fade. If you have a diet where you eat red meat daily with also dairy, beer, soda's - then cut all that out and eat fish or poultry. All dairy needs to be curbed as it's highly mucous forming, which others have pointed out. |

The garlic become browned and soft and easy to spread on bread like butter. Works everytime, you will need to brush your teeth after two days or you may not have a lot of friends. |
