''el'' means hardness, or physical strenght.

If Azazel and Semjaza are the same as Gog and Magog then Dudael must be near wadi el Gharby and the valley of the Apes, just south west of the valley of the kings in Upper Egypt.

Do you mean the great pyramids of Giza? Because these pyramids are located at Lower Egypt.

I tend to agree with the Great Pyramid theory. In the Melchizedek tradition, if Azazel didn't end up in it's general vincinity, there sould be a thread associated with sacred geometry.

"pointed stones" = "PYRAMIDS"

The area is now called Beth Chaduda and is where the scapegoat(azazel) was released.

The dudael desert seems to be in fact : Umm el-Qaab, the king Djet tomb, in Egypt.

And it reads in the next sentence, "And lay upon him rough and pointed rocks, and cover him with darkness that he may remain forever, and cover his face that he may not see the light!" try Madagascar.

Dudael is not in Egypt! It is east of Jerusalem. A little over half way thru Dr. Martin's article, [link to askelm.com] He describes the "Place of the scapegoat".

Dudael is referring to the Great Desert. It's meaning is literally God's Crucible. There is only one place God ever called the Great Desert - dueteronomy 8:15 where it's called the great and terrible wilderness. Though many believe this is referring to the Sinai Penn. the Great Desert and the the place of the wandering of the children of Israel is the Arabian Desert. 'And thats a fact, Jack!!!! lol

Raphael was instructed to dig a hole in the desert, and then place rough and jagged rocks upon him (as a marker) after covering the hole.

Upper Egypt is the strip of land in southern Egypt, on both sides of the Nile valley, that extends between Nubia, and downriver (northwards) to Lower Egypt.

Thus, Upper Egypt is located South, while Lower Egypt is located North.

I believe the desert of Dudael is the Nubian Desert. And the place where Azazel is imprisoned is located specifically at the Nabta Playa.



There is a circular stone structure in this desert that is dated around 5th millennium BC and considered as one of the world's earliest known archeoastronomical devices (roughly contemporary to the Goseck circle in Germany and the Mnajdra megalithic temple complex in Malta). Research suggests that it may have been a prehistoric "calendar" marking the summer solstice.

best location to fit the description i have come across is Black Mountain. i know there is reference to mt. hermon and various places in jewish literature, etc., but they do not appear to reference those places as the pit in dudael. granted there are specific associations, but those associations are not specific to this specific event.

interesting that the aboriginals have a belief about the rainbow serpent associated with the mountain. azazel is also associated with serpent. yes it borders a rainforest/savanna in current times. savanna is arid and isn't a far stretch from desert. can anyone say with certainty what the climate in the region was at the time of the event? enoch is said to be 10,000 yrs past. how many more years did this actually occur before enoch was recorded?

i'm sure many will disagree and ridicule, but what do i care, none have shown any evidence of any location that truly fits without a shoehorn.

Dudael is in Palmyra Syria. Its called The Temples of Baal. Baal is another name for Ea who is the leader of the fallen angles. Don't believe all you read. The winner of war writes the book.

Isn't that where Azazel was buried(Book of Enoch)? In Dudael?

The Temples of Baal are a very large group of jaggid rock temples who's base is about 1/4 of their hight and they come to a point at their top. These temples cover an area of the size of a football field. They are maybe 12 feet tall, however they could be a lot taller. I couldn,t get close enough to them to judge their true hight. The locals wouldn,t alow it. They where terrified of the place. They are said to be 5000 years old.Just the right age.

Correction: The temple of Baal is apart from the field of jagged rock. The jagged rocks are not a temple, but are tombs.They no longer go up to a point.and are much taller than I thought. Time has taken its toll on them. The other big Baal site is in Baalbek Lebanon and its temple has the heaviest stone ever moved and used in a building. In between this temple and the one in Syria lays the Hebron Mountain. This is where the angels landed. The Biblical writings are under the influence of the winner of that war. The historical writings say ea was the leader of the angels and he formed the organization called the brotherhood of the serpent. He wanted to teach man the truth. All over the world the serpent is a bringer of knowledge. The other angels wanted to keep man ignorant so as to keep us their slaves. The result was a war that ended in defeat for Ea. An important thing to note is the names of the angels are descriptions of their actions and attributes as is most names given to gods or supreme beings during this time period.
