Just because you say it was not photoshopped doesnt mean it wasn't. Look at the evidence. Blow the 2 pictures up and you will see the pixels are very obviously different in that area compared with the rest of the picture.

BTW; it is done all the time, it is a face string to pull your face skin up and make it look younger. Unfortunately it only last 5 years then your face skin wraps around the strings and deforms you. A very common "cheap" procedure.
