Message Subject What If the Singularity Does NOT Happen?

You folks can't grasp the concept that there is no such thing as the smallest mass or the largest mass in the universe. What you call an atom is actually a universe containing billions and billions of galaxies. In fact, our universe may seem huge to humans but it's no bigger than an atom. So, the concept of biggest and smallest does not exist.

I agree, so take the above example, and make it happen inside of 1 atom.

Happy now Stephen Hawking?
 Quoting: Son of Righteousness

As far as humans understand, an atom contains sub-atomic particles such as protons and electrons. What we can't see is the almost infinitesimally small particles. For example, a proton itself contains trillions and trillions of smaller particles and so on. The head of a pen contains millions of atoms and those atoms contain millions of atoms and so on. So, the head of a pen contains universes with galaxies, solar systems, planets, etc.
