I wish I could get rid of my diabetes tabs soon...I keep in touch with you about...(Ahhh! I forgot to tell you about the loss of 4 lbs....hoorrraayyy!)

Wash them deeply and drain them...then, blended them with a glass of pure water(I use it warmer, no hot..It extraits more milk and I taste it even creamer)...I put the leftovers mixed with the soil of my plants...They are so happy as myself...(hahaha!!!)
