This bronze sculpture is called Sphere Within Sphere (Sfera Con Sfera) and it measures four meters in diameter. It was created by artist Arnaldo Pomodoro in 1990 for the Vatican Museums. Pomodoro's specialty is the casting of gigantic columns and/or globes. Represents the failure of male consciousness to integrate fully into great consciousness. Sphere is male, cube is female.

So, it's just a piece of art; a sculpture. This is in Italy, after all.

Yes there was an almost identical structure at the base of the Twin Towers, also destroyed during the 9/11 ritual.

The architect admits that it was representative of the Kaba in some way. I will have to do do some research to find that link. It's been years.

Architect Minoru Yamasaki designed the sphere to mimic the Grand Mosque of Mecca, in which The Sphere stood in the place of the Kaaba.

the sculpture at the base of the twin towers was The Sphere, by Fritz Koenig. it was not "almost identical," nor was it destroyed, it was restored and is now in Battery Park.

Your right about the architect, ofcourse, Koenig was brought in specifically for the Sphere. It is though, a spere within a sphere as the one at The Vatican. I cannot see how they would not symbolize the same thing.

And The Sphere was destroyed. Whats left of it is at Battery Park.

This is obviously a progress statement showing how the old world has almost been destroyed and the New World Order is complete within and waiting to emerge once the current world breaks completely!

Looks kinda like the thoughts of a small world crashing into a larger world. The smaller is not in the center of the larger, but within the side. Both were shattered. The two become one... eventually. Nice thing for an amusement park....but the Vatican?
