The Elenin debris field is 60 Million Miles from earth. Elenin is no longer a comet with a tail. Elenin is a cloud of debris which travels at the rate of 2.1 Million Miles per day. Space is a vacuum and the debris from Comet Elenin is travelling at the same rate as the comet.  |
