Using Graboid - Am I breaking any rules?

Hi

I have been using 'Graboid' site for the past couple of years to download movies. It claims on their disclaimer that is a legal service as they are not hosting anything and I use it because I assumed with that statement it would cover me using the site.

With the focus on piracy and copyright in the States right now and the news about extraditing a UK citizen to the states for hosting a similar site, Me being a user, can I get in trouble?

Sorry if I am breaking posting rules here, remove it immediately if thats the case and I will see it as lesson learnt.
