Anonymous Coward User ID: 21827866 United States 07/14/2014 07:01 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Oh boo hoo the fans went out and now I'm going to sue, boo hoo hoo. Grow up! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 57933389 Thanks for responsing AC. Put yourself in a 8x14 box with 7 gas fryers and a 400 degree broiler with one ventilation hood. Do that for 16 or 17 days and tell me if your lungs are ok. Tell me if Carbon Monoxide doesn't effect you. Have a nice day. I understand your position but have to agree with the other guys who know you don't stand a chance against the mega machine built to grind you down to a useless stub. I worked as a grill cook back when we still had mom & pop restaurants. It gets hot, greasy and dangerous but you just do your best to earn that little bit of money they begrudgingly pay you. Finding a better job somewhere else is your best bet. The doctor will never link your diagnoses to your 16 day stint without a working ventilator hood. On the off chance he/she does, it could take years before you get a decision. |
Razorbackkid (OP) User ID: 59814083 United States 07/14/2014 07:02 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Yep, and you and OP are typical "the world owes me" entitlement mentality retards. Sue everyone and strike it rich idiots. Naw, But in this Great land an employer is obligated to provide a safe working environment...and as Rick Flair says "You might not like it, but ya better learn to love it, CAUSE that's the way it is! Whoooooo!" The employer fixed the problem. So unless OP has some large medical bill related to this then he's just a scammer out to make a buck. Had he in fact suffered a loss and was stuck with medical bills or a serious health issues then yeah, but OP is just out to make a buck. And I'm not talking about medical bills from a "check-up" that OP is just getting to establish a case against his employer. Grow the fuck up. www.carbonmonoxidekills.com www.foodservicewarhouse.com Check'em out. |

Why do you keep telling us to "Grow the fuck up"...you must be a Millennial.... Because only immature assholes sue for money when there are no actual damages suffered. Please quote any instance where I have stated that I was sueing for money? Is taking an employer to task for known safety hazards allowed in our country? Should the pregnant woman that worked next to me be concerned with carbon monoxide? Google it. 2nd edit: 16 or 17 days to replace a bearing? Really?
