This omnibus bill was the establishments way of driving a wedge between Trump and his base

Well it worked. Everywhere I look I see tons of people claiming they are abandoning him.

And the establishment won. Their way of screwing over the American people will get to continue now. Trump was our last hope and now it looks like he will be a one-term President and will not be able to accomplish anything after the mid-terms.

How long did they work on this disaster? I mean they new we needed a budget wtf were they doing all this time?I haven't even read the bill I'ts so long!

I really pisses me off that all the Trump supporters are falling for this and responding exactly the way the establishment hoped they would. Trump is only partially to blame for this. He did not see the establishments plan until it was too late and that is his fault.

I don't think anyone is happy with congress either.

Plan A to get rid of Trump was Mueller. Now that the result of the Mueller investigation is in question, they move to Plan B. Nothing matters more than that they keep business as usual in the swamp.

There is a internal war going on in our country, the bad guys control a lot but the education cartels, health care cartels, etc.. etc.. will go down, it's just not going to be the instant gratification people have been programmed to need.

I would add that I have observed several items of interest over the past several weeks such as the Prince of Saudi visit, Bibi's visit, military drills with Israel, Iran deal to expire soon, escalation in Yemen, escalation in Syria, delay of ME peace deal for now, etc.

While I do agree that your point is a good one, I think it may be in combination with the aforementioned paragraph. This approach would kill 2 birds with one stone, so to speak. If the Congress knew that Trump HAD to sign this (because we need war preparation funds right now even if war is not tomorrow, but is forthcoming) it would be a check mate on Trump. Get the base upset and they get their war.

Not saying that my thoughts are absolutely correct. Just interesting events as of late regarding potential war.

I do think war is coming and there is little that can be done to stop it. Trump realizes this too.

It was a big middle finger to Trump voters and a major bitch slap to Trump from Ryan, McConnell, Pelosi, and Schumer.

I think that you are right. Trump knows that it is unavoidable. Some of the reasons are because war mongers have been working to make sure war happens. Some of it is a natural occurrence given the world circumstances which are not orchestrated.

Tough spot to be in for a President. It appears that Trump's hand was forced.

If he was fooled, shame on him. If he is broken because there is something we do not know that has to do with war, I pity him.

Either way, it would suck to be Trump right now.
