PREVIOUSLY DEPORTED ILLEGAL Will Go Free After He “Almost Killed” Co-Worker With Nail Gun A previously deported illegal went on a rampage with a nail gun… Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76497184 WHAT’S WORSE IS THAT WITH “NON-COOPERATION” WITH ICE, THIS GUY WILL MOST LIKELY GO FREE! Carissa Cutrell, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokeswoman, told the Daily Caller the sheriff’s office would most likely not notify ICE if and when Ascencio-Molina is released from jail. “Even though we lodged a detainer, due to Clackamas County’s policy of non-cooperation, it is unlikely that ICE will be notified in the event Ascencio-Molina is released from custody before his criminal case is resolved,” Cuttrell said. So if ICE isn’t notified that this guy is released before his criminal case is “resolved”, do you think for one minute that he’s going to stay in the US to go to trial? It’s more likely he’ll high tail it back to Mexico. The illegal was arrested in Oregon after he almost killed his co-worker. Jesus Ascencio Molina, 24, a native of Mexico, was arrested on Saturday, April 14, after he assaulted Andres C. Marcelo, 24, of Wood Village, Ore., a fellow construction worker, the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office said. Deputies were called to the scene of a home in Happy Valley after responding to reports of an assault. [link to www.clackamas.us] “SHOT HIM WITH A NAIL GUN” Marcelo was injured after Molina allegedly shot at him with a nail gun. Ascencio Molina fled on foot and was arrested the next day. Marcelo was injured but listed in stable condition, the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office said. Molina was deported in 2012 after he was charged in Multnomah County, Ore., the Daily Caller reported. He was deported and it’s not clear when he returned to the US. He’s one more reason why we need the WALL! Repeat offenders won’t stop if they know they can get away with crossing into the US. A deterrent is needed ASAP! Hey...pssst...your existence is illegal. |
