They’ll gloat, Trump will spend the next year being a bigger asshole than before, and the tiny percent of Americans whose vote could go either way will be completely tired of him and realize what the Republicans did, and he will lose the election. Then he’ll realize that impeachment would have been better because he could whine and complain and blame everyone else, but when he loses, he fucking loses. Then maybe he’ll have a stroke.
