Nan Madol - A Lost City of Atlantis?
Nan Madol is located on the island of Temwen in the western Pacific. Its ruins were declared a National Historical Landmark in 1985.

It was originally, and for some time now, believed to be approx., 1.5 km by 0.5 km in size due to the observable ruins in the lagoon offshore of Temwen. That is until it was properly LiDAR scanned in 2019.

Subsequently, we now know the ancient site was not simply 1.5 km by 0.5 km, rather it is actually 5 times larger and occupied the entire Temwen block.

Now if we can get academia to move off their claims that the last people to occupy ancient sites also constructed them. smh

Re: Nan Madol - A Lost City of Atlantis?
If in the Pacific it’s from the lost continent of Mu.
Writers have mixed the two up in explaining various discoveries and underwater evidence, but the one in the Pacific was much earlier than Atlantis and explains the flood legends better as originating from survivors of this catastrophe who escaped to the Americas, Asia, and the near East.

The mythical idea of the “Land of Mu” first appeared in the works of Augustus Le Plongeon, after his investigations of the Maya ruins in Yucatán.

He claimed that he had translated the first copies of the Popol Vuh, the sacred book of the K’iche’ from the ancient Mayan using Spanish. Yucatán was older than those of Greece and Egypt, and told the story of an even older continent.

The lost continent of Mu was first proposed in the mid-19th century to explain the phenomenon of similar symbols, architecture and myths found in otherwise disparate, ancient cultures around the world.

It was subsequently popularized as an alternative term for the hypothetical land of Lemuria by James Churchward, who asserted that Mu was located in the Pacific Ocean before its destruction.

With the knowledge bestowed on him by the religious elder, Churchward went on to describe the people of Mu as an advanced civilization called the Naacal who existed between 50 000 and 12 000 years ago. At the height of their civilization they were said to have 64 million inhabitants living in large cities…the continent was finally destroyed in only one night by a series of earthquakes and volcanic eruptions.

It makes sense that these ruins like many around the world were in fact places prior humanity dwelled and/or survived. Many sites were also considered sacred and used to initiate people into the knowledge of past cataclysms.

One question though begs us to understand - just how many cataclysms? There appears to be a clockwork timed cycle at play.

The best example is Giza's timepiece. We simply need to uncover the dates. The monuments therefore, but maybe not Nan Madol, should help us put the pieces together for, imo, the global monument system are pieces to our cataclysmic puzzle.

Some of the sites around the world are ancient volcanic sites, such as Nan Madol. Others were ancient comet strikes and others yet CME solar flare strikes.

The import being these are all part of Earth's most destructive phases encapsulated within our solar micro-nova event.
A time when Earth is under attack as well as our sun. Earth will wobble like a drunkard and expand as if pregnant.

This expansion has fooled many - ocean floor scars left to heal, but reopen during her expansion (under attack-time frame) when the time is right.

It behooves us therefore to study humanities rich re-sources for clues.

"But the day will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the Earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.” 2Peter 3:10 KJV

After such a huge catastrophe happens it continues to be told and retold and is made into a prophetic warning - it happened before, it can happen again, better watch for it and be prepared.
However that doesn’t mean the catastrophe is actually on a regular cycle and is guaranteed to happen again. It’s just paranoia for the future based on the horrors of the past event.

'Atlantis' was believed to be an advanced global civilization.

And whatever name given and lost, the monuments decree in their similar build techniques that this was so.

Juxtaposed against the idea/belief that people 'needed' a god we see that Earth was widely populated and had suffered many a cataclysm, hidden from the pubic in various religious books.

nan madol has a stone road that presumably leads to an advanced underwater city. some cities may have been advanced enough to create an air barrier prior to the flood.

Re: Nan Madol - A Lost City of Atlantis?
I read a fantastic book on Atlantis and it told the politics BEHIND Atlantis and Lemuria, Apparently Lemuria was extremely conservative almost Islam like, women had to be clothed a certain way. Atlantis was much more free and liberal. Though the 2 isles were never at war, they were war like with each other and not friendly
