Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79019343 Wireless is great. What's your problem with it? Clearly you didn't understand the OP. You must be one of those 'morans' we hear about on here all the time. Chill out, its just a Lancashire Rose |

Stabbing it with a cord no longer works. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79019343 Wireless is great. What's your problem with it? How does it work? When did you first use this new "Charging" Technology? How much bigger or broader can this be done? My problem with it is.... Where the fuck did it come from and Why now? It bugs me. The same way Einstein and Edison bug the shit outta' me. Something's not right. But what is it? It almost makes me think of Nikola Tesla? Last Edited by ThirstyMarlin! on 08/20/2022 11:24 PM Marlin! |

Stabbing it with a cord no longer works. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79019343 Wireless is great. What's your problem with it? He's induction challenged... It's a handicap. Go easy. I wouldn't call it challenged per se'. More like HANDICAPPED! Really, I took Senior Science Not AP Physics. What I do know is rather basic Just the fundamentals. Batteries STORE ENERGY + & - ions and all that, right? And when a battery "gives-up" all its 'juice' or electricity It's empty... Or is it not? I don't get it. Why didn't we do this years ago If it's so simple? I bet it has to do with the Lithium Right? How do the Lightning BOLTS get from the copper cord... and if my phone or toothbrush touches it... It gets FULLY CHARGED. So, can we do this with Lead Acid Batteries? Something is different. Im admittidly a little stupid sumtimes. Help me please? ThirstyMarlin! (OP) User ID: 78110098 United States 08/20/2022 11:48 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This has been a thing for many years now. I think, I maybe wrong, hearing about “charging stations” at airports 10 years ago or so. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79458414 10 years was a long time for me when I was 10 years old. Now, 10 years don't seem like shit. Damn I'm feeling a little salty tonight. I'm in the mood. Where shall I strike next? Marlin! |

I remember when I bought it, always thought it was cool that there are no electrical contacts on the base.. Even though I know how it works, shit still seems magical.. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 78639239 Canada 08/21/2022 12:14 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | We've reached the point now in society where there don't need to be any new advancements in technology. They'll just show us some 100+ year old invention and say it's brand new, and the idiots won't know any better. If someone introduced woodgas incinerator generators to the masses now, The dummies would think it's a brand new alien concept. |

Only if they updated the styling to fit in with all the 'robot tec' stuff out there now. |
