Now let us apply this to VC himself.

Who (VC) says What (music/movies/etc are mind control(also 'exposing' the invisible government) to Whom (conspiracy nuts) in What Channel (internet blog) with What Effect (convinces everyone to parrot 'illuminati mind control is on TV)

So:

What= Exposing illuminati symbolism

Whom= Anyone who reads the site, but specifically targeted at conspiracy theorists. VC often professes his dislike of the negative connotations that come with the word conspiracy, and that he deems them (conspiracies) to be true and factual. He does this to show solidarity with people that might be negatively labeled by society as conspiracy theorists. Essentially he is comforting people that may perceive themselves as a marginalized group in society. "you're not crazy, I think conspiracies exist too"

Everyone jumps on the Illuminati mind control slave puppet bandwagon (read some comments on his blog) They parrot what he tells them.
