Original Message How odd i looked on spaceweather and they state the sun has tipped south opening a breach in our magnetosphere causing auroras checked the aurora and indeed there seem to be some geomagnetic activity.

But this is happening while the proton flux is at it's lowest???

0.1 particles per cm³ so obviously i'm either stupid or there must some sort of explanation.

Oh and the elektron flux is low too soo.....
