Original Message It's a horrid name for the place, especially when you see what goes on in the back rooms, just heartbreaking.

I'll have a coffee, and meet the protester at the perimeter. I say hello and listen to her for a minute, then I head in to do my work. Always feeling awful about crossing that line.

I work around the people who make things happen. One watches a video on how to better de-stigmatize a patient who's about to have a procedure.

At the end of the day, in this reality, it is a choice. But I can tell you that one should think long and hard about the consequences. A woman's guilt can be carried for a lifetime, with fury.

I'm glad that I don't come here often.
