So, recently at work, i made a joke, with a friend, while at lunch, with a gal from our office. Anyways, it was about that stupid but funny geico commercial with elmer fudd...you know the one at the end where he says, awe this diwector stawting to wub me da wong way...
Anyways, i didn't think about it at the time, cause we were just talking about our youth, and the cartoons we used to watch, and that came to mind...but immediately after i said it, i saw the gal didn't laugh...and i realized that she had a problem with her "R's" the same way good ol' elmer does...
oh shit.
so, now it's been a couple weeks, and she's still giving me the cold shoulder, ignoring me, and doing the "i pissed at you and want you to know it" kinda thing for me...
...and so my question is...how long can gal's hold grudges for? regardless of how silly and meaningless the grudge is about, i've found in life some gals can get over things in 1 week (which is extraordinarily long in guy-terms, we can get over things with the flip of a channel...). and some gals get over things in months...which can really sux. what's the percentage of gals who fall into this category?
