Original Message I was wondering if someone seen this, in Gwinnett County, the other night, my 15 year old called me to her room to look at a cloud out in the sky. It was beautiful and strange because it was lightning strikes within the cloud, not touching the ground and not making a sound. The lightning was very ferocious looking, we were --oooo and ahhhing [lol] because I think this is the first time we've ever saw lightning that bright and clear [so close] without taking cover from the noise[ because there was no noise.

I went to my laptop and pulled up the radar to see if there were any storms in the area, and the radar was clear. In fact that was the only cloud in the whole sky that seemed to have lightning striking from it.

My daughter screamed for me to come back,said she saw something coming out of the cloud and then disappear.

did anyone else see unusual clouds in georgia - I think it was sunday night..
