I'm not sure I should share it in case I decide to bottle it lol, but I went to eat some leftover spaghetti just now, and thought: "you know I got some olive oil, maybe I'll eat it cold tossed lightly with the oil".
So I got to the kitchen, saw we had some sour cream, figured I'd use that as a base, added the oil, some lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and I tasted it. I swear to you, it tasted like a ranch dressing! When I ate it with the pasta, got a bit more of the olive oil taste, but still.
Maybe it's just me, but try it and see if you guys can taste what I did. Certainly would be a healthier alternative to commercial dressing.
