Orange-Osceola Circuit Judge N. James Turner goes on trial in an Orlando courtroom this morning, accused of sexually harassing women at the Osceola County Courthouse and being a bad judge.

Turner, 64, is being prosecuted by the Judicial Qualifications Commission, the state agency that polices judges.

A six-member panel will serve as judge and jury. It is scheduled to hear four days of testimony about a long list of alleged wrongdoing.

The most sensational allegations center on the way he treated women at the Osceola County Courthouse, where he handled divorce, custody and juvenile cases.
