Original Message Had trouble running spybot..poker stars and skype...Downloaded windows service pack.. BIG mistake! An auto scan appeared after download and took over my computer.. System restore has been erased of all previous restore points.. malwarebytes won't load.. Did ccleaner.. freed up some space but no help otherwise.. Can't afford to pay these criminal "PC Fix" sites for help.. Can anyone offer a solution? Thanks!
