Been drinking so spelling might be bad, lol
Angel’s grace, cast her spell upon my face.
Past my dreams into my soul.
Past the point of pain to make me whole.
Happiness to the point where I forgot how to mourn
Where the lands of time fly at the fastest rate
Where there is not hate
Just the illusion of a pearly gate.
My fate is now known
And with an ugly tone
I scream at the angel, only to find
She has disappeared and
In my mind the hidden demons resurface,
One of each kind.
They now control my soul as they once did and
I wonder how I will ever live,
For the taste of heaven I once had,
Is replaced by darkness and voices in my head,
Pride is gone, and with a tear
I hear the voices say “Have No Fear”
My pain will not be released for the damage is done
And I must now look at every rising sun
Without a peace of my soul that I once gave
And without it I am too gone to save.
People look at me as I’ve lost my mind
The look of a diseased heart, that plaques mankind
MY LOVE FOR HER WILL BE EDGED IN TIME!
