The effect of these two federal government mandated programs,
also red flags who has what info gathered on you

in the guise of protecting you from identity theft.

there is no mention of ‘terrorist watch lists’, the emphasis on ‘protecting people from identity theft’ and ‘fraud detection’.
Social Security Number as ID
