The U.S. government has notified Ottawa that the WikiLeaks website is preparing to release sensitive U.S. diplomatic files that could damage U.S. relations with allies around the world.

U.S. officials say the documents may contain accounts of compromising conversations with political dissidents and friendly politicians and could result in the expulsion of U.S. diplomats from foreign postings.

So there's something in there that's pretty explosive. "Compomising conversations with political dissidents and friendly politicians" could mean anything. From a Canadian perspective though, I would guess it involves rather humiliating records of Harper being bullied into doing whatever the Americans want. This has the potential to be pretty major for foreign governments as well as for the US itself...
