Original Message Maybe this is my imagination, but I swear that this is the case. Weird for a seafood restaurant which should have the skinniest people.

I put on 2 lb everytime we go out, no matter what I eat. Even if it's just fish and salad at Red Lobster.

I believe it's because they use unhealthy oils and other stuff like high fructose corn syrup in all the restaurants. No olive oil or butter - that's only for 5 star hotels these days.

Consequently, we no longer eat out and haven't for many, many months.
