Original Message Gov. Ed Rendell is going out in a blizzard. Literally. With Pennsylvania set to swear in a new governor on Jan. 18, the second-term Democrat and big-time Philadelphia Eagles fan lambasted the National Football League for its decision to postpone Sunday night's game because of snow.

"It's an absolute joke," Rendell told Fox.

"I was looking forward to this. It would have been a real experience. This is what football is all about,'' adding that the decision to postpone the Eagles game against the Minnesota Vikings until Tuesday would have had Vince Lombardi turning over in his grave.

"We're becoming a nation of wussies," Rendell said
