Original Message I just talked to my friend in Portland Oregon who has a nukalert that starts chirping at level one which is 0.01 rads per hour.

Even if it was chirping at level one it would take 42 days to get sick from it if it stayed at that same level for 42 days.

That being said I know this nukalert doesnt cover all types of radiation
