If you have lapses of memory. Frequent mental fog. Obsession with certain phrases people say. Strangers say odd phrases to you for no reason. Feeling drugged for no reason. Being followed. Seeing the same stranger at differnt places several times. Phone messages with no caller ID. Phone messages that are gargled and unintelligable. Knowing some knowledge you were never taught in school and unsure how you know it. Feeling an instant knowing re other people for no reason. Waking up feeling drugged rather than rested. Strangers recommending conferences, books, etc out of the blue for no reason. Want more?
These are pretty much symptoms of paranoia. Just sayin' http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paranoia *
I don't think of memory lapses or memory fog as being signs of paranoia. One would think the paranoid would actually be more observant and thus never have a moment go by unnoticed lol. PTSD..I could probably test as having it. Waking up feeling drugged...that would be my average morning. Some worse than others, some just feel like extreme exhaustion from lack of sleep even though I've slept, some are so extreme that yeah I probably was drugged. Memory lapses..I lost a year once when I was young, a day or 2 here and there since. Memory fog..I'll blame that one on coffee. Obsessions with phrases...Not so much in my case. I get annoyed by the use of obvious phrases and I move on. Strangers...are strange. I take most of what they say with a large grain of salt. One told me once that my cell was in New York. What am I to make of that? lol. There have been others that I wish I remembered now. Ones that self assuredly told me what they thought I was, or that stopped me and asked me why I was going into the mk-esque facilities I was going in. Some, even for strangers, seemed genuinely concerned. Some were absolutely sure that they knew me even though I could swear I never met them. Being followed...Depends on how you define that. Is it following if they get there first? ;) In that case yeah, lots of weird "Oh I didn't think I'd see you here, oh look you've moved in" moments. I had a guy follow me once wanting to beg for drug money, but I'm sure that was his addiction more than anything. I also had someone self elect them self as my protector and thus followed me everywhere, but I was nice and invited them along...hell, I could use protection. Seeing the same stranger at different places...Maybe, but I'm not nearly observant enough to be sure. Phone messages with no caller ID...yeah, but that's not exactly out of this world. Garbled messages...Yeah, but they're mostly only from one person so I think that one either has really bad luck with tech or somehow does it intentionally. It's annoying, whatever the reason. Knowing something not taught in school...Yeah, I have post grad level knowledge of a certain speciality that I never officially went to school for. An instant knowledge re other people...once in a rare while, maybe it's our spirits meeting ;) Strangers recommending things...Yeah. I used to take the advice if it was interesting enough. Not so much these days. Now they're asking me for advice which is even more bizarre. Like I said, strangers are strange.
Original Message
What if you have no evidence of such, but there have been strange things happen your entire life?
What about memories that you are not sure if they actually happened or you just dreamed them?
And how would a 30 something yr old adult, know if they were ever abused as a child, but most likely not by parents?
I have many many questions, and absolutely no answers!
