[quote:GodFrequency:MV8xNTI5MDA2XzI1MjM1MDQ5XzdDNDlEMzE3] Who could forget Frank and Jesse James who took on the big railroad men of the day. Men who were stealing land from farmers and ranchers with the help and authority of the Government in their pocket. [/quote]

This almost sounds comical.
Employees at the Lumberjack Saloon in Lolo said Burgert seemed calm when he drove past the bar with police behind him. He even slowed to wave, witness Stan Jones told CNN affiliate KPAX.
"We could hear sirens coming, and pretty soon I could see this Jeep Cherokee coming up the road ... with the highway patrol behind him," Jones said. "As he got closer to us, he stuck his arm out the window and waved to us, kind of like he was on a Sunday drive."
Authorities said it appeared that Burgert was very well-prepared to evade a manhunt and probably had stashed another vehicle in the wilderness.
Dominick said deputies told him Burgert calmly strapped on a bag after shooting at them and fled into the woods.
By the way this guy is a former search and rescue worker! Sounds like a real terror to society, unless your a small child stranded in the woods who needs rescue.

I don't pretend to know what this is all about, but it sounds like someone that owned a few too many guns and wanted a little too much freedom from their government. They didn't say that he was guilty of doing anything other than owning the wrong type of gun as far as the government was concerned and paid that price with eight years of his life in prison.
The United States should really be proud with the largest prison population per capita in the WORLD!
